“Don't let the size of the place ir the signage on the building deture you. They have a wealth if knowledge and experience and I have known thru others some of the off the wall jobs they have pulled off. Seems to me they will take on any challenge. Met them through my buddy. I had a electrical add on lighting problems on my then new Silverado that the dealership said could not be done. Went to a automobile electrical repair shop and he said could not be done so u brought it to him and he took the challenge on a d got it done better then I expected and what he charged me well it should have been more just for his time alone he spent on it. So I wanted to add more and he got it dine so now I have a appointment to have the same done on my ne 2924 Silverado LTZ plus even more and I can't wait for it to be done and done right after other places says it can't be done so from my mouth I can't highly recommend the place and people enough. Give them a shot you won't be unhappy. Only downside is location and there is not realy any kind of lounge to be comfortable in so if it's going to be a bit plan on leaving and coming back or you go across the street there is a good restaurant and bar you can't waist some time in and the food is goid”

“They will order parts from factory direct dealers. My car is rare and hard to get parts for but advance always tries and orders the parts but it does take a long time to get the parts. All I can say is at least they can get the parts because if it wasn't for them I wouldn't even be able to drive my car.”

Thankfully they had the parts needed and helped connect us to a mechanic that would complete the repair and get us back on the road in a few hours. The O'Reilly staff and the mechanic were friendly, understanding, and professional. This would be my go-to store and mechanic if I lived in the area.”

“I had new tires put on my Jeep and overall, I had a very good experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center at their Ranenna location.I made my appointment at 7:00 am (the beginning of their operating hours). They did not unlock their doors to let customers in until about 7:10. I actually called them at 7:05 and they told me they couldn't open up until a “higher up” came in. However, it was worth the wait.Once they opened things up, they were very friendly and got to work on my Jeep. Before I knew it, they had my tires replaced and I was on my way.The tires I bought were Goodyear Reliants and Walmart had them on sale for a very reasonable price. Before choosing Walmart I had done some online price comparisons, and having my tires replaced at Walmart saved me about $250.00.I am very pleased with the tires I bought and the service I was given. I will not hesitate to use the Ravenna Walmart Auto Care Center in the future.”
