I booked an appointment in May 2023 with stylist Brielle S., at the Cleveland location showroom. I arrived with my friend who was another bridesmaid. My appointment was smooth and Brielle was very helpful. She took my measurements and helped me adjust the dress with clips when I put it on. The bride, who does not live in Ohio, already had the dress that she wanted the bridesmaids to wear so all I had to do was come try the dress on then either order it in the store or order it at home online. While the specific colour, light blue ("cloudy") was not available to try on, I tried on a pink colour just to get an idea of how the dress would fit.
