I had Sarah as my doula. She was really helpful and supportive during my labor. She was also very helpful explaining the pros and cons of different situations in which I had to make decisions. I would 100% choose to have a doula again.

Lauren is absolutely amazing! She helped sleep train our son, and she changed our lives. Her knowledge and sensitivity made the sleep training process seamless. Not only is our son sleeping better, but we are too. We are forever thankful for Lauren!
