Excellent workers, always willing to help. Clean store. Much easier to find things than the big box stores- especially if you need some random hardware.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They really know their stuff. It is a refreshing change from the big-box hardware stores that do not have the same level of knowledge and customer appreciation. They are in the process of reorganizing to make the store easier to navigate, and expanding to offer even more products like wood and drywall. Nothing beats a good hometown hardware store. This is about as close as you can get these days. Support the local franchise guys!

Very helpful employees! Didn't stalk me, but let me wander. Approached only after a bit of my back and forth in one department. Have a great selection and I like the location.

Just left the store after taking my screen in for the second time because it wasnt repaired properly...The lady I went to got very rude with me and telling me what I should of done...I told her I didn't take the measurements, a blonde lady did the first time I brought it in...She kept saying its square so it should fit...She could not comprehend it wasnt perfectly square...Length was around an inch longer than width...I even drew arrows on the screen where the guides go and the way the need to face...Very rude, very condescending and I wont be back in that store...Ill drive the 10 minutes to Oak Point Rd

It’s a good thing there’s a Lowes nearby; I want to support local businesses, but half the time I end up having to go elsewhere to find what I need.

I ordered online through their website and received my confirmation, which instructed me to call when I came to the store (it was not curbside delivery). However, when I went inside to retrieve my item, although I had my order and confirmation with me, they refused to release my order to me because I did not show them photo id. After working in the yard all day, I didn't have my wallet with me. The email they sent did not indicate it required photo id. The representative argued with me and told me "it says it somewhere on the website!" How disappointing to go to a local hardware store, where you want to be able to trust employee's opinions, yet they cannot apply common sense to a situation. Who else would have my order or confirmation number? Isn't that the whole point? Strict adherence to policies that are not clearly set forth ANYWHERE, particularly when it is not in the email that says "come get your order!" and provides a CONFIRMATION NUMBER, makes me doubt the common sense of the employee and the people telling him what to do. What a waste of my time! Next time I will just go to Lowe's where they will bring it outside to me, like everyone else is willing to do when you order online (WITHOUT ASKING ME FOR MY PHOTO ID!).

I went with my sister to buy paint and the woman in that department was wonderful. She knew what she was talking about, she knew the questions to ask, and she also steered us to a good place to have breakfast.
