“Maybe I'm just biased because hot roc has been my go-to store since the late 90s and early 2000s when one finally opened in my local mall. I've never had a bad experience at any hot topic location I've ever visited. The workers here at this store were super friendly, and even though they were busy, they took the time to help other customers when needed. I absolutely love their clearance racks. The only bad thing is that I don't live close enough to come in more often”

He truly cares about getting you a suit that you like! Selection is great and my suit fit perfectly. Very professional and I don’t think you’ll find a better suit in Youngstown. Prices are reasonable considering the quality as well!”

“Nice layout, friendly staff. Huge selection on bikes. Big bike shoe and audio completion in the parking lot really added to the excitement (too bad I couldn't stay longer as they were setting up for live music). Easy to find just off the Interstate.”
“I always have a wonderful experience every time I go to this store! The staff is always extremely helpful, especially Tom. If I am shopping for other people I tell him what I am looking for and he returns with exactly what I need! If I am shopping for myself he is patient and helps me find outfits that work well with my body and make me feel confident. I never like to be bothered with the hassle of shopping but having a store and a staff I can count on makes the process not only easy but enjoyable. I will continue to do all my shopping there.”

“My sister in law was attacked by a wild dog Labor Day weekend, urgent care ordered antibiotics, however all pharmacies were closing at 6pm for 2 days, Walgreens stayed around 10 minutes past their closing time to be available to provide her prescriptions, thank you Walgreens!”
