“I have done buisness here for 10+ yrs and for the most part have had excellent experiences with the owner. I have on a regular basis pawned items and bought them back. After establishing myself as a regular customer whether it be purchasing items from the store or getting loans on my items, there was a couple times when I came in to buy back my items and didn't quite have enough. The owner was very generous and cut the interest charges in half so I could get my stuff back. Something the other pawn shoo in town would NEVER dream of doing. There have been other times where the owner bent the store policy for me so I could afford something, again this kind of customer service would be unheard of at their competition. I live 2 blocks away from the other pawn shop and regularly walk over an hour, mostly up steep hills, to come here. BEST PAWN SHOP IN TOWN!!”
