I love how the staff have treated me personally; the people cashing me out always like to make connections by discussing their products and they even hype you up for your purchases. “Normally I do but after going there today after checking Google to your opening time of 10am. The poor sales clerk opened the door at 10:06 to tell us the manager called and said to open at 11 to 7. The clerk asked if she could let us in & manager said no. Why had dear said manager not change opening time on the information page or at least close at 7pm tonight and begin tomorrow at 11. You just lost 2 sales manager!!! Have you changed said time yet???”
“I have been to this store many times. The owner Dana, is such a lovely woman and helped me pick a couple great outfits! I am from Sudbury, and since we do not have the best selection here, I make a special trip to North Bay! Love the atmosphere as well. Very welcoming and friendly!Most of all, the clothing is great!”

“This morning (Saturday Feb 3) my daugther and I went shopping for some clothes to take on our vaction, we stopped in to your North Bay store and had such a great morning of shopping and the clerk there a young petite girl help us out , she was knowledgable and very pleasant to us, I informed her that I will be back for my summer wardrobe. Love the Renos they have done.”

“I have been in Mark's a few times while in North Bay and I have to say the store is clean and well stocked, the staff are very helpful, with one exception this visit, one lady on the cash was not very friendly, no please, no thank you, perhaps she should not be dealing with customers direct. Haveing side that I was looking for a Timberland wallet which I had seen on line, but could not find it in the store, there was a young guy and one called Chris who searched the store room and also some cupboards by the cash to find the wallets. On my second visit another lady on the cash, was great and very helpful. I will certainly be using this store again, and would recommend it to our shoppers.”
