“I had a AAA mechanic tell me my battery was depleted and I needed to get it charged, I didn’t even know that was a thing so I called auto zone to see if they charged batteries, the gentleman on the phone assured me they do and I just need to bring the battery in. As a person who has never taken a battery out, I asked about the difficulty and this kind associate assured me it wasn’t difficult and he had all the faith I could complete it. This simple assurance and his courteous help when I successfully brought said battery in genuinely made a stressful situation much less so. I believe his name was Thai - he was working the night of 1/22 and he is an asset to your store!”
