I moved my retirement savings there because I can ALWAYS talk to a human!! My dad has an account there now, too. Why? Because we can always walk in and talk to a human (kind, funny, conscientious humans to boot)!! I have never had a bad experience there and between Shari and Chelsee (investment services), complicated things get done right and fast!! Super impressed!”
