“I came to ACP for body and mechanical on my Outback. They were prompt in getting my car pick up by their towing and into the shop for review. They worked well with my insurance, and provided me a loaner vehicle while insurance was reviewing the estimate. Ultimately, my car was declared a total loss, but ACP let me keep the loaner for a couple days while I worked out getting a new car. Excellent service and will be coming here if I need anything done in the future.”

I decided to go with CC not only because their bid was competitive but primarily because their staff was very professional, answered my questions to my satisfaction, (unlike the other two companies I obtained bids from) AND they promised to get my car back to me within a very reasonable time.Most importantly, they did an excellent job and even returned my car earlier than promised. Each time I needed work done all staff were kind, personable, detailed in informing me on progress and timely (finished early both times!). They definitely know what they're doing - I have no complaint whatsoever on the work they accomplished. Bonus - they made it so easy to drop off/pick up my vehicle - they scheduled complimentary rides for me as part of their service. AND a necessary shout-out for Mace! I was having a hard time getting auto body places to respond to me and I was becoming frustrated. As soon as I found Del at Colton’s Auto Body I knew I had found the perfect place to get my car fixed. Del gave me an honest and fair estimate and was straight to the point (unlike other places). His insurance company (State Farm) listed International Collision Repair as a recommended shop, so we went with them. We are so glad we did. Literally from the first contact with them through the day we picked up our repaired car, they were a pleasure to deal with--friendly, professional, transparent with every aspect of their work and the charges, and on and on. In short: They made an unpleasant experience (having your car banged up) as pleasant as humanly possible. “The guys at West Hills Collision were so great to work with throughout the entire process of trying to get my car fixed. I was having a lot of trouble navigating the shady insurance world, who had deemed my car a total loss despite it being in very good condition prior to the accident and driveable afterwards. Even though they weren't ultimately able to fix my car because of insurance, these are honest dudes that helped me so much in understanding this process and dealing with my insurance company. “I was T-boned by someone who ran a light, but was insured. I worked with KC Halsey Collision Center to re pair the body, wheel and more on my 2016 Toyota Highlander. From the beginning, Dustin was very easy to work with and made sure all of our concerns about our car were addressed. We got our car back and unfortunately it started making loud noises. Dustin was immediately responsive but unfortunately had bad news for me once they examined the issue. The situation was awkward and I had lost trust but Dustin and the owner of KC went above and beyond to address concerns and to provide relationship repair to this situation. Their business is "word of mouth", as it should be. All kinds of people work there, and all kinds of people come in for a good customer experience.
