This pharmacy is the world's absolute worst. They are never open. Rude. "Meal break ". In this day and age I cannot believe a corporation would allow there store to be like this. I have heard them rudely embarrass someone for not being able to afford there prescription.

Two stars in the spirit of generosity. This pharmacy always has a long wait to get medications (despite only having a few customers in the pharmacy) and nobody here seems to care. It’s like coming to the DMV. When I have a sick child in tow and they tell me 15-20 minutes for the amoxicillin but then 30 minutes later they tell me another 15-30 minutes, it’s just disrespectful. They are never particularly busy on my visits, yet they can never seem to manage sticking to their own timelines. I’ll go anywhere but here next time regardless of the convenient location. Somehow any other pharmacy can fill a basic prescription in a reasonable time but that’s too much of an ask for this suburban location.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment for a Covid/flu test through the online appointment link. Got there and after waiting in line for 20 mins they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t find me and they would get a manager to see if they could do the testing but that he was in training so no guarantees. Such a waste of time . After waiting another 30 mins on a manager I left.

I was visiting Portland over the last three days from the Bay Area. I realized I had forgotten to pack my prescription drugs so I visited this pharmacy Tuesday morning to see whether I could obtain three days worth of my drugs to tide me over through my visit. The pharmacist whose name I believe was Troy could not have been more helpful. He contacted the doctors and my drug insurance plan and obtained a supply of all the drugs I needed within about three hours. I am forever in his debt! And the other multiple staff I interacted with in the pharmacy and checkout desk were also very polite and friendly. Kudos to the staff for their superior customer service!

The Worst Pharmacy Ever in this area!! Grumpy pharmacists. Very under-staffed. Long waiting lines to pick up or order medicines. They rarely answer phones. They leave you waiting on hold for 2 hours + and then hang up on you. They take days to fill your prescription, and don't even get me started when it comes to transferring your medication to another pharmacy. Stay away from this location.

What is going on??? I loved this pharmacy but lately they are always closed, taking weeks to fill a simple prescription? it's very frustrating! I am switching pharmacies because this is just awful.

Absolutely terrible service in the pharmacy. The counter employee advised me not to fill prescriptions here. I echo the advice. Terrible. Walgreen's must treat their employees very poorly as they are seriously understaffed.

Horrible! We've been at this location for years because the staff has been friendly, it was convenient and never had problems. But lately it's a nightmare! Was on hold for an hour and 45 minutes and then the call fell through. Went into the store and there was a line of 10 people that didn't move in the 20 minutes I stood there. This has happened several times. I'm done. Moving on to another pharmacy!

This pharmacy is so under staffed. I feel sorry for the few employees that are currently working here. The lines are always pretty long, they have shortages on most of my prescriptions every month. I wonder why they don't stock up if they know all customers that need refills in advance. I always have to call multiple pharmacies and drive a long distances to pick it up...

I had no issues to pick up medications from this store for six years! the staff members at pharmacy is really nice and friendly . That is two star i gave。 However recently they are very understaffed. Pharmacy is closed by 6pm ( earlier than most other pharmacies) Today i waited two hours on phone to check status without any luck and another half hour to talk with doctors for switching pharmacy . The doctor said they have trouble to reach this pharmacy too . They didn’t work on the prescription but already billed my insurance. No way i can switch another pharmacy! Finally i drove to the pharmacy before they close and find out they never prepare my medication at all . i was lucky to get this but i will switch to another pharmacy permanently. I feel something need be fixed with the pharmacy management

Too bad, was a great store. Started screwing up my prescriptions. More work for me, more work for my insurance, and more work for my doctor. This is not health care. This is health scare!Hopefully one star will initiate some change.

One star is too high. This is the worst pharmacy ever! They left me on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I finally just drove down there while I was on hold. I got to the window (after waiting in line of course) only to find out that they were not actually answering the phone because they're too busy and understaffed. It would have been nice to add that info to the hold message instead of just ignoring their customers.I never was able to get them to fix my prescriptions that were messed up in their computer system. And, again, they were too busy to contact my doctor to straighten it out.I'm going to another pharmacy. You should too.

1hr wait for the drive through pharmacy and a big sign out front that says the walk in pharmacy is closed. Huge waste of time and gas.
