“Honest. Fast. And Professional.Needed a starter replacement so I took my Jeep Cherokee to the local Jeep dealership. Not only did they charge me an outrageous fee, it took almost a month before they even worked on my car.The starter failed again a day after I got my car back so I brought it to T&S. Stephen had it ready to go two days later and for half of the cost I was charged at the dealership.A costly experience overall but in the end I’m grateful I found this shop. Highly recommended!”

“He rebuilt a 3.7 GMC for me. It's been a year and 11,000 miles. On a 164,000 mile nightmare that had popped a ring on the back cylinder and broke the sparkplug. Found a real hack job inside, where someone welded the crank. So, new crank for the engine. It's at 175000 now and still running strong with a 20 over bore. The only problem is that is took 7 weeks because of bore shop scheduling. So, It was summertime and the windshield was cracked halfway down the middle. I believe it was heat related according to experts. I always leave each window open slightly for ventilation and it sat there closed. So he found a great deal on a new windshield and split the cost with me. $100 for windshield, my cost.”
“Brought my 11 Subaru Forester XT to them after 2 other shops failed to acknowledge or at least investigate what I suspected as a ring land failure. Within no time of having my Subaru towed to them, they diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and timeframe to have it completed before it needed to be driven back to Missouri, and answered any questions I had, being I was 2000+ miles away. Long story short, the job was completed and we have had no issues since. It made its way to Missouri with no issues and a year later has actually just made the trip back to Oregon this past week. I’m super happy to know someone local that will take care of my car when I need the help and will go the extra mile to make sure it’s done right.”

“We had a nail in a tire. The employee ntold us he could have it mrepaired within 1/2 hour and we could choose to wait or receive a call when the repair was done. We chose to wait and the repair was done well within the 1/2 hour timeframe. We offered the employee a tip for his prompt aand thorough service, but after several urgings, he declined. We've always had great service at this location on McLoughlin Blvd. N. of Gladstone.”
“First of all, I wanna say wow! I've been to a million dealers but man I think I found a good one! Honestly I do all the repairs and work myself on my truck due to how much I travel and just don't really trust dealers due to experiences and also how far there from my home. I had just got back into town and remembered I still had a free oil change from the first service. At first it I was a little upset because they forgot to put the def in the truck but as soon as I was going to call, I picked up the phone and the dealer was calling to inform me they forgot the def! I have never seen a dealer call back and be honest and apologetic about a mess up! So that right there told me these were honest people! Go get my def and head out to work! I had to change my oil today but I'm in the middle of the country right now so I picked up a ac delco filter and some rotella oil. Normally I brace for the worst because dealers over tighten the drain bolt and filter but for the first time ever I was able to remove the drain plug easily with my socket and the filter by hand! I love that they actually did it right so it wasn't a pain to do this oil change! Honestly check these guys out! Great dealer and great people!”

“Louie was great. He got back to me promptly, was nice, did the work quick. The rest of them, not so good. Told Stephen and the person i made the appt with, that I had a warranty. They did not tell Louie or ask for more info which created problems and annoyance for me aNd Louie. When i picked the car up, it was being blocked by other vehicles. I had to go back inside and then wait till someone else came out with keys.”
“So far so good...seems like a long repair period, (rear quarter panel dent - told 5 weeks that they will have the car) but they handled my claim quickly. The only thing I will say is that their 1800 number service is absolute garbage. Find the location nearest you and call them directly. Will update when I get my car back...”
