The owner walked me through exactly what needed to be done in order to get my vacuum cleaner working correctly again. In addition he detailed the pros and cons of repairing the over 10 year old cleaner. His quote was accurate and he had the cleaner ready for pickup days prior than his commitment. Amazing service! I thought my 10+ year old Kirby was in way worse shape but James reassured me and got me everything I needed to be on my way that very same visit. Highly recommend this for vacuum service and supplies.
