I won't be returning to get my prescriptions here. I've picked up 3 times and each time there has been an issue. The technician at the counter was snappy, very rushed, and slightly rude. There was a mix up with an order my doctor made a d even though I asked the technician and the pharmacist to clarify with me it turned out to be wrong and cost me $75. I'm looking for a new pharmacy.

If you're on any expensive meds be aware that they will sometimes just not fill them until you call and ask if they got the prescription. it's ridiculous, I've been on a specific medication for years, gotten it from this same pharmacy every month, and somehow I go through an ordeal every few months because they've found some new way to mess up.

If I could give zero stars I would. I NEVER leave bad reviews but this one is necessary. This pharmacy has zero customer service skill. I moved to the area and didn’t know where to get my prescriptions filled. This was close so I called ahead to see what was necessary to get my prescription’s filled. I sent my friend to drop off the prescriptions. The pharmacy calls me to tell me that until someone comes to show ID they will not even begin to fill them. I fell down a flight of cement stairs hitting my head repeatedly all the way down. I have a major concussion. I am black and blue from head to toe. I am not supposed to drive. I’m so dizzy walking makes me nauseous. The rude lady talks over me and is talking to me like I am a child. I explained to her the circumstances asked could they please fill the prescriptions so that if I have to go there it would be once. Nope. That’s not possible. So I get here show my ID and she says it will be over a hour. So I am now sitting in my car in horrible pain, throwing up from the dizziness and the concussion waiting for prescriptions. The lady is rude combative and has zero empathy in situations where she has the ability to make the appropriate accommodations to help sick and injured people. I will NEVER EVER use this pharmacy again.

Gonna go back to my old pharmacy. The people working here are rude for no reason almost EVERYTIME I come in. Their customer service skills are lacking, badly. They stare at you like you’re a burden and look awfully unhappy to be there. I get it- work sucks. But today was the last straw. It was the pharmacist that is an Asian woman with her hair split down the middle. The tech was nice but she was awful, I waited about 5 minutes in the drive through and thought maybe they didn’t hear me press it the first time. The pharmacist came over with a stern look and said “WE ARE AWARE YOU ARE HERE, WE ARE BUSY!”I’m a very patient person, and all I needed was for them to wave at me to let me know they’d help me when they’re done assisting another customer. That’s how it’s always been at every other pharmacy. When she came back to counsel me, she side eyed me and basically just grunted when I told her I don’t have any questions. A simple “thank you for waiting, we will be with you shortly” would have sufficed, but instead lashed out on me for no reason. Never coming here again.(Sunday 11/5)

I have never in my life gone to a worst pharmacy. I work in healthcare, I know how people should be treated and it’s absolutely not how this team treats people. I have had a problem every time I’ve gone! I’ve called my prescriptions in before hand, was given a time that they would be ready just to get there and have to wait over an hour because they weren’t ready! Then I get attitude and get told they’re shot staffed, welcome to life after covid. Everywhere is short staffed! It’s not an excuse. The male employee hands me 3 prescriptions and when I ask what the third one was because I only had two he looked and me and said, “I don’t know you tell me what it is.” WHAT!?! I look at the name on the bottle and it wasn’t even me. Then he tells me I owe 20 dollars even though I’m on OHP and I don’t have a copay’s I tried explaining it multiple times, I gave them my insurance information multiple times. Nothing seemed to matter. I finally just paid the money so I could go home. I am an incredibly patient person, but having problems every single month is absolutely unacceptable. Especially the HIPPA violation of giving me someone else’s meds.

Literally the worst pharmacy . No customer service, don't answer the phone, take forever to do their job. Every time my prescription gets sent here they take an entire day to fill it, have you wait in line for insanely long amounts of time just to be turned away because it's still not ready by the time it was promised. They don't even start working on ur prescription until you arrive. They don't care, they are slow , constantly making mistakes and holding everyone up for hours. Do not go here for anything you will be sick and miserable in line and have to take multiple trips to finally get your medicine .

This pharmacy is still the worst pharmacy on this side of town doesn’t even deserve 1 star I had to give to write this. This OregonCity pharmacy is where the employees tell you they are short staffed and stressed out. Pharmacists who pick and choose what prescriptions they want to fill and disregard laws. In the last month and a half they have stopped answering the phones to the pharmacy COMPLETELY There is absolutely no exaggerations-in this at all. You can’t use the drive thru because they have blocked it off and said that the intercom system is broken ? Nobody’s fixed it in a month and a half WHY hasn’t gotten fixed ? Because it’s probably not even broken. They have shortened the hours and now they close for an hour for lunch. For the last month and a half they have continued to say they are a 1000+ prescriptions behind but now they have time to shorten hours and take an hour lunch. While we go without our medications. Ive had to physically go into this store multiple times in a day to get medications started, filled and picked up. I’ve even seen them shut down the drop off prescriptions section mid day. And recently shut down over the weekend because of no pharmacists showing up. It’s so unpredictable and unprofessional. Yes, this means you’re important life saving medication you can’t get until they decide to open up again and who knows when that will be ? The manager says no one applies for pharmacy jobs at that location. GEEZE - I wonder why ?? This is the worst pharmacy by far as you can read from all the horrible reviews on this site and others sites. Why don’t I just change pharmacy’s you ask ? I’ll tell you because no one can get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy unless you walk into the store physically. So I can’t move my prescriptions to a different location I’m stuck until I get a newly written prescription from my doctor. What a headache ?!!!!!

This pharmacy should have better phone coverage as I have been on hold several times for more than 20 minutes at a time and is absolutely ridiculous. You can never get through and have to keep calling back until someone answers and they usually just put you on hold and never come back to. For instance this morning I have been on hold for 16 minutes thus far. Very unprofessional in my mind!

Im from out of town, my wife ask the manager where the Ace bandages were because she twisted her ankle. He yelled at her and said can't you see I'm busy right now. SOB, needs to be fired tonight. I will not do anymore business with Rite Aid. Rite Aid today's date is 09/12/23 it was 5:40pm. You need to address this issue.

Does nobody work here? I have tried to call all hours of the day on 8/24/23 and all morning 8/25/23 and nobody answers. I get having many calls a day but I've been there physically and all I see people doing is just standing there. Do better.
