I walked into the Wells Fargo Bank in Oregon City, Oregon around 3 o'clock on Tuesday December 2nd. I was barely in the door and I was promptly and professionally greeted . I told the teller that I needed someone to help me open a business account. Within a few seconds this lovely lady appears, Lisa Kinnaman .I am 60 years old and can honestly tell you, I have never ever had the type of service that this employee gave me... not ever.... and I have managed employees myself for 26 years. She absolutely hands down blew me away. She was well trained, efficient, knowledgeable and gorgeous. I hated her beauty a bit. Ha ha. I personally have never banked with Wells Fargo before, and the only reason your Bank was chosen was because we have started a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, RAISING HEROIN AWARENESS. Our Main Headquarters is in Casper,WYOMING and we have two other HUBS one here in Oregon City,OREGON and one in Portage,INDIANA. Our CO-FOUNDER Rebecca Tiernan-Nelson looked up a bank that would be suitable and in close proximity of all three of our homes. YOUR BANK WON THE TOSS!!! .... and am I ever thankful. As often clients may enter your bank, unprepared, and unaware of all that is needed, Ms. Kinnaman made me feel as if I was a special client, like royalty... I have been a loyal customer of BOA for more years than I can remember, but have truly contemplated switching everything over, because of her. I laughed, I cried, we laughed, she cried, as we related to short stories of life's incidences that touched both of our hearts. Today Jared, feel terrible I didn't get his last name, called, the manager of the BANK of the Oregon City Branch where Lisa Kinnaman is employed. He welcomed me again, and asked if he could answer any questions, or if I had any concerns. WOW! What's going on here!!! The service has been amazing, and must say I'm sure that only I have been treated so royally. And if this isn't true.... just let me dream a little longer that it was just my amazing personality that meshed with Lisa's When I went to the teller to make our first deposit a beautiful young dark haired gal helped me. I do not know her name, as shamefully I was so mesmerized with Lisa's service, due to the fact she personally escorted me to her. We chatted for a bit about my Non- Profit and she made me realize what an important step and stand I was taking on the ever increasing deaths of 18-30 year old's just within our community that our dying from HEROIN OVERDOSES. She was so compassionate and kind as I discussed my reasons for forming this NON-PROFIT was due to the death of my only child from a heroin overdose. I would like to get her name, as having managed for as long as I did,I want to definitely acknowledge her exemplary service also. It so important to take the time to tell someone when the employees of a certain location stand out from the crowd, as I made a daily habit of pointing out what each employee did right- each day. - So important... so very very important Gail Strobehn-Simmons Raising Heroin Awareness Visionary Leader in U.S.
