“The bankers and managers were super welcoming and accommodating!Unfortunately the baristas and cashiers were not very nice. She/her looked like she hated her job and was not very nice as I asked questions. As a first time visitor this is not a great impression.Luckily - getting 1/2 off coffee as a capital one card holder is a huge perk. There was also tons of seating options and nooks upstairs. Made for a pleasant working environment.”

“The main downtown branch of Bank Of The West has recently opened, the old location at 401 SW 5th Avenue, has closed. We've been banking with them for over a year now, the service is excellent. It's always easy to get help with banking stuff and they regularly check in to ask us if we need assistance. The new location is much more convenient, right next to Pioneer Square! Check my photos!”
“My sister, who is 73 years old and on Medicaid, was scammed today. The scammers took from her checking account all the money she had to pay for her Medicaid PACE program, which covers housing and medical services. Without this money, as of the first of the month she would be without a place to live and without medical care. I needed to borrow $1,500 quickly so as to make her whole. “They make the loan experience so much more accessible, especially for young people who may be inexperienced and unfamiliar with the process. I submitted an original loan request online and was contacted, and although that application was rejected, they worked with me to find other ways of helping me work toward what I submitted that application for to begin with. Would definitely recommend them for banking and loan services, they are awesome. Also, they overhauled their app recently and it is now incredible! Great experience all around”

“I simply cannot say enough great things about NW preferred. Lyndsey Gossman gets it done! From commercial vehicle financing, to getting an additional credit card for the business that was not attached to my personal and finally getting my acquisition loan was all done seamless. With all the other turbulence of moving an office and acquiring another book of business NW preferred and Lyndsey were the one aspect of all variables that was consistent, diligent, right on time etc. etc. etc. If you are an insurance agent and you want to do business with someone who understands your business needs, look no further.
