“This place is a bit difficult to find if you’re not looking hard enough. Customer service wise they were amazing. I even had to cancel my first car cause my drop off got moved and they waved the fee so I could come back a week later. I will say as far as car quality , I got the economy a Kia soul. It wasn’t in the best condition, even came with the check engine light on. I paid a bit over 300 for a week and a half. Other than that was a breeze.”

The staff were nice and the vans were clean. They are thorough and take pictures before you drive off. Also there is a pittie that demands pets and I highly recommend doing so.”

Obed is the man!!We were 1700 miles from home and 5 hours from where we needed to be, and the rental car place we had thought was a THRIFTY option, couldn’t rent us a car after we had a reservation at the airport, due to a “computer issue”The guys got us in a car and on our way, with virtually 2 hours notice.They were polite, friendly and efficient!If you’re in Portland, go to the Columbia Blvd location! You won’t be sorry!”

“I am really happy with my car rental experience at this location. The gentleman was very polite efficient and very easy to communicate. We got our car very quickly and return process was very smooth too. We also got a ride to a transit center after returning the car. The car itself was easy to drive, no issue. Compared to my other car rental experience at SIXT in Las Vegas this experience is 100% better in every way. I will likely stick to Enterprise since I have only had good experience so far. You do get what you pay for.”

Mohamed is an exceptional employee who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, checking my previous rental documents, license, debit cards (business and personal) and provided a detailed report/request to his manager for approval. These efforts saved the day for my wife and I, two seniors, stranded at PDX in Portland on February 1st at 10:00 pm by Enterprises' do nothing policies. Former 20 year loyal Enterprise customer is now a loyal Avis customer! Thanks to Mohamed we did not get stranded in Portland overnight!!!”
