Communication was also outstanding.! Mishka and Antonio were the bonus and the best part of the overall experience! Unfortunately, Willamette Express LTD has a hard time paying their employees. They provide paper timesheets that employees use to clock in and out; then when payday comes around, employees are paid less than half of what they are owed, due to the employer stating the don't have their time clock sheets. When you work there, other employees warn you to keep your own copy of your time sheets, so you can provide the employer with the proper wages they should be paying you. If you quit due to non-payment, rest assured they will never mail you your last check.We have filed a complaint with the Department of Labor and the BBB. We are expecting justice to prevail and hope that hard working employees get treated better. We have given this company multiple chances to do the right thing, and it's unfortunate that we have had to work so hard to get paid,Please give your time and money to other companies who provide quality service, fulfill their contractual agreements, and do not practice illegal employment practices.

I would like to inquire as to why you don't pay your employees? I have a friend who is fighting to get his last paycheck from you and all attempts at communicating have been unsuccessful. Therefore I hope to warn everyone researching this company that there is a high chance that they will be met with unprofessional behavior and the possibility of working for a company that is dishonest and apparently supports extorting people for labor.

Does not pay employees if they think they can get away with it. There are definitely more respectable moving companies out there.

One of their drivers decided to ride my bumper on the 205 tonight. Apparently he was in a hurry and thought weaving in and out of traffic while giving me the finger is acceptible behavior when you are representing your employer in a company truck. Sure hope the customers property he is transporting makes it in one piece. Maybe think about this before hiring this company.

I called Willamette Express to get a bid for my moving needs. I was please that not only did they provided the most competitive bid, but they also did a fantastic job. The moving team was courtesy, efficient and helpful in everyway. I would highly recommend Willamette Express for anyone's moving needs.

I've moved a couple times, even from California to Oregon. BUT I've never had the type of EXCELLENT experience. I've worked in a exhibit trading show warehouse with Union guys, so I've seen how they packed, and move things around. These guys who work for Willamette were AMAZING! I recommend not only for your buck as all the quotes I received there #1 on prices and people say you pay what you get for well, in this case I saved money and it was a quick smooth move. Super amazing and will book ONLY them for moving.

This was an extremely disappointing experience for me. We had someone come to our home, send us quote, and even revise a quote for us then get told they will not be able to proceed with the quote they provided. I am not sure why this happened because it happen right after I spoke with a women who was extremely rude to me on the phone. I called them to get everything taken care of then got an email after I spoke to her that they will not be able to move forward due to not being able to have a crew for us. I then requested to have a different moving date since we are flexible but got zero reply. This was disappoint because moving is already hard enough and I felt like I was shut down for not a very reasonable reason. I understand not having staffing for that day but to not have a reply and a rude women talk to down to me was not helpful to the situation.

There is nothing positive or good to say about the business, the people that came to our building to move us to another room while renovations were going on. They disrespected us, our words and our things. They were verbally abusive, they lied and they were downright rude. Everyone had things missing, broken and stolen because they did not secure our things in the room we were temporarily moving to in between loads. They didn't lock em up. Infact, not only my door wasn't locked it was standing wide the, "F," open for all who walked by to see and take what they wanted! Someone walked right in and stole my Coffee Maker! Do not use this business. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy if I had one..

I don't recommend anyone use Willamette Express. We hired them to pack and store our household goods and it was by far the worst experience I have had with a moving company. A two pack and pickup turned into three days at almost double the cost we were quoted. We had a different team every day with only the last team being a professional crew. The first day was four high school students that didn't bring enough packing material or boxes, worked extremely slow, and took multiple breaks to smoke weed in their truck. They didn't lay down any mats to protect our floors or put any padding on any walls to protect them from damage nor did they properly wrap our furniture which resulted in both of our couches requiring professional cleaning. When our household goods were transferred to the carrier that would ship them a new patio umbrella we had purchased prior to moving was not included. I called Willamette the day our stuff was delivered and Colleen was able to track down our patio umbrella in their warehouse and that's where it stayed. I called every few days for an update and everyday I received a different excuse as to why they hadn't shipped me my umbrella and after two weeks my patience ran out and I asked to speak to someone from management and was told they were at lunch at 3pm. I called 30 minutes later and spoke to the owner who minimized my complaint and was told to look forward to the solution. The owner stated they would either ship me my patio umbrella or reimburse me for the cost of it. Another 4 days went by without any contact, when I called I was told they would send a check to replace it (still waiting for a call back to tell me when the check would be sent and how much it would be for) Throughout the process I have been blamed for them not including all my goods, not once have they taken responsibility for their mistakes. They said I should've noticed it wasn't included during transfer. They said I dropped it off at the warehouse at a later date which why it wasn't with the rest of my stuff (untrue). They said they couldn't ship it because they as a moving company couldn't find a driver. They said they couldn't ship it FedEx because they (a moving company) coudn't find a truck to drop it off. Never once did they call or email me to update, I had to initiate all of the conversations and beg them for a resolution that wasn't "forget about your expensive patio umbrella".

Picked up our items on a Thursday told us they would be delivered to us in Arizona another state by Monday we left town on Wednesday our items never showed up until February we had to live in motels with no clothes hardly at all I took two pairs of underwear with me two shirts two pants two socks had a lot of washing to do because of their lies to us they put all our belongings in storage which we were not authorized to do the crushed over 100 boxes. We left town for Arizona in last of December very unprofessional people some other items were broken that work that I did not double box because I crushed every box it was if that was there some other items were left behind they had to return for them they knocked over a brick column where they were being stored dropped oil or quarter of a mile down this driveway that was paved that was not there to do block the road for the neighbors when they return to pick up items they were not allowed down the drive any more because of damage done previously buy them some of her items never arrived they disappeared we can’t say they were stolen they just disappeared the person in charge of this fiasco is mentioned it named in a previous review by someone else they turned our property over to National Van Lines another company that I don’t know if they damaged our property never will I use them again ever this is the first and only company I’ve used to move our belongings and 11 moves these people have soured me to the point I will never use them ever again and I will not give them any good references to anybody our property disappeared part of it and broke a lot of it what did show it showed a month after it was told to be here I hope anybody that reads this review will never hire this company ever they are very very bad because we did not want to pay them extra they wanted several thousand dollars over the price they told us to begin with and that’s where our property was in hostage being held I don’t understand what is wrong with these people please be very cautious of any moving companies there if they have a bad review of any kind do not hire them
