She got right to helping us transfer a line & definitely knew what she was doing. She was friendly, engaged in conversation, cracked a few jokes & helped save us some money. She was very transparent & not pushy whatsoever. Great customer service! Highly recommend visiting her store, you will not be disappointed.”

1438 S Hwy 97, Redmond“Verizon is a great place. And I got a really great phone. The only thing I can say that I'm not very happy about is that I'm very bummed. I'm disabled and I'm trying very hard to live on a budget. And they told me that might phone. Bill was only going to be a certain amount which I just start information. That's going to be 10 times the amount that is supposed to be and it's not supposed to be due for a month. But yet I'm supposed to pay it next week. I'm not sure how I'm gonna do that, but. I'm gonna get down because I love the phone and I do love their service”
“Contact on 10-28 to have my wife's phone unlocked so I could give it to an elderly lady who had broken her phone and needed help. I did not get the name of the employee I spoke with, but would like to say she was very helpful. Would also like to add that after leaving one of he so called major carriers I am very pleased with CONSUMER CELLULAR and the monthly cost.”
“Went to add a line and purchase a new phone. The assistant manager, Joe, was the one who helped us. He spent time explaining the differences between the different devices, as well as the cases. I didn’t realize the differences in the cases other than the aesthetics. We never felt rushed. He was a fun guy to chat with while we were waiting for the safe to unlock the new device we purchased. I usually walk away from phone stores overwhelmed but not this time. My boyfriend can be very picky when it comes to customer service and was very happy with Joe’s level of service. Someone make this man a store manager ASAP.”
