“I placed an order for several items on October 26, 2023. I received my items a week later with free shipping. All my items arrived well packaged and accounted for.Fast forward to today, 11/15/2023. I went detecting with my new gear, which were the Nokta finds pouch, I bought two of them. While out detecting today, I noticed that one of my pouches had a manufacturing defect. One of the zipper pockets was actually stitched together and it would not open to the pocket. I came home and called out to the store and got Bob and his associate on the line. Let me tell you, they immediately apologized and are sending me out a new pouch. They were super nice and helpful. Very very easy process, I wish all customer service issues were handle this easily.Also, I was on the market for the Nokta Legend LG 12x9 coil. I searched all over and could not find it. I do not like to use Amazon because I like to support US small businesses for my hobby purchases. These guys had in stock and got it out to me. Outstanding website, outstanding customer service, and very nice to talk to. I will absolutely be using them for my metal detecting needs!!Update: As I am writing this review, my new pouch has already shipped and I was sent a notification and tracking number. That is amazing service, well done Northwest Detector Sales!”

“I just had a wonderful experience at this location. I have been having trouble with my voicemail for more than a year and a half. I tried calling Cricket, going into other locations and could not get the problem fixed. Anthony spent time with me, tried many different solutions, talked with me to fully understand the problem and fixed it! While we were waiting, he also let me know how I could save money on a better plan. Overall, he was wonderful, I highly recommend this location!!”

We initially worked with Manny, who clearly understands getting best value for things you want, and he did well with checking in during the whole process. JJ continued the great service Manny began and shared personal insights we found refreshing, while he assured us of the value/benefits/security we wanted in our phone purchase. Ivan stepped in for a delightful visit, while the transfer process continued until their store-closing. Like I said, this T-Mobile team was ALL THAT. “Awesome, amazing and above and beyond are the words to describe Lalanie at this 711 location. Super friendly, always has a smile on her face and will always have a cute joke to share which brightens my day. I've been frequently asked if i need any help, remembers my order and gets it ready before I even get to the counter. She is great at informing me or any weekly specials and reminds me to enter my reward number to obtain points towards free merchandise.needless to say I am blown away by her customer service and special care for everyone. Also swill like to mention how well stored and.near this store is thanks Adam for always making sure the store is well merchandise and one of the most clean 711 around. Thanks to this awesome duo”

“Wow! The manager at this location, Kylie, went way above and beyond what she had to do in order to help us solve our tech problems. My husband and I, not tech savvy to say the least, came in the store and were thoroughly impressed with her customer service. She exudes amazing patience, is kind, humorous, and has the ability to truly multi-task; everyone who came in the door was helped by her with a wide smile and a positive can do attitude. He step out of just doing all a T-Mobile employee could do. As a person he went over & beyond in helping me do anything I could to recover what he could see was important to me. His effort to try truly changed my day. The act of kindness he showed gave me hope again in that moment. Regardless if it could be fixed. Seeing someone serve others selflessly is rare. Even if I could not get all my information restored then. I left with a better understanding of if you can't fix it for someone, you can still find a way to help. Thank you. “Been having connectivity issues with my headphone on and off. Didn’t really seam worth the hassle of figuring it out because I didn’t use them all that often until a couple years after I bought them. Quickly realized how incapable they were. This Apple Store said they couldn’t fix them because they were out of warranty. Finally talked to a manager at Apple customer service who agreed to take a look at them, at which point they sent me a new or newer pair, which was the right thing to do even though they didn’t have to. It was a bit of a hassle partially due to my negligence but I’m pleased with their customer service.”

“Due to some issue with Pro membership I was missing a $10 off coupon and the manager made it right and honored the coupon as he could see it was supposed to be there and just wasn't. This is great customer service. The employees are also very personal and amicable which creates a very positive and friendly atmosphere. More GameStops should be like this.”
“They recently renovated this store to add an Ulta section and a larger Starbucks. They both look very nice and shiny but the Ulta is usually very sparse with products. I'm going to attribute that to the backlog of COVID supply chain issues.”

“My Zagg screen on my iPhone 15 had cracked somehow. Woody at Zagg at Washington Square (Oregon) replaced it to perfection and I also bought the camera protector today. I've used Zagg products on all of my iPhones which I've gotten since they were introduced.”
