“I'm giving LabCorp 5 stars because they have improved immensely since I last visited right after they took over running all of Providence's labs.I went on a Monday morning first thing. I arrived at 645 for their 7am opening and I was 3rd in line. I was on my way home by 730am. It appeared they had 7 or 8 phlebotomists working, compared to maybe 2 or 3 when I last visited 6 months ago (and waited more than an hour despite arriving before opening).When I left at 720 there was a long line - maybe 20 people - but it appeared to be moving at a consistent rate with someone else called every few minutes. The staff person I interacted with was friendly enough and very good - found my hard-to-find vein on the first poke.I do find it's best to arrive before opening to get in and out as fast as possible, but I am glad they are improving wait time. This lab still closes at 330 due to staffing issues, however.”

“I've used both the VenaCare Mobile and in-office phlebotomy services and every single time the phlebotomists have been knowledgeable, kind, caring, compassionate and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. My disease is new to me and I've usually waited too long and I'm emotional and in a lot of pain by the time I go to VenaCare. I have small rolling veins which are hard to hit, so when after 3 attempts Linda finally hit it, I started crying from happiness and relief. She was so sweet and compassionate and gave me a big hug, which made me feel comforted and cared for!! Even though they were closed and the roads were still icy, Frank met me at his office. My blood was so thick that it took him over an hour to take out 250ml, but he hung in therre and got it done. Then again a couple of days later when I took out the remaining 250ml. There is no doubt in my mind that Frank literally saved my life!! It is very evident that he is passionate about helping people and that he genuinely cares!! I am a now loyal customer!”

“Thank you so much! One of the nicest phlebotomists I’ve ever met. It was so nice to have it done in the comfort of my home in my pajamas with a blanket. I’m really afraid of needles and Tadhg was so kind, patient, and encouraging. I booked the sneak peek next day results test and plan to do my other prenatal lab work now through VeniDirect. I hardly even felt the needle and it was over in seconds.This is definitely my new way of getting lab tests in the future.”
“Had somebody make some wild claims about drugs. Went in and didn't have enough hair (old and bald). So we cut fingernails and toenails down. Their test was accurate and showed what was prescribed and nothing more. Quick, easy and accurate. I'll be back if I'm accused again. The bad people have to reimburse me for the test!”
“TL;DR: Love them!I’m one tough cookie when it comes to MRIs., as I suffer from claustrophobia and panic disorder. So, slowly backing my head into a tube is almost undoable. Yes, I do have many tools myself…. but, panic is panic not logical. My point is… It took a few tries, but ultimately I was able to complete the MRI because the staff was so so helpful, so so patient, supportive and kind.They turned what could have been a traumatic experience, into a victorious experience.Have issues with MRI?!?! Clearview is hands down the place for you! I can’t imagine going anywhere else.”
“ZRT is the lab of choice for all of my alternative medicine providers. They are professional and provide a quick turnaround. Whenever I have a question about a test, they are available to answer. I have no idea why there are negative reviews here. ZRT is a great lab company that you can absolutely trust.”
“Took samples in for asbestos testing. I was told that results would be ready the next day, we were very pleasantly surprised when the test results were emailed to us the evening of the day the samples were taken in even though they did not receive the samples until very late morning. We very much appreciated this excellent service.”

“Prism has been life-changing for me. The care I receive from this group has been deeply useful during my transition. They aren’t perfect as they’re working within a flawed system. But they show up to serve our community every day and they do an amazing job. It can be a challenge to get started with them, as their waitlist can be a bit long. This is a sign of their curse of success. Over my few years with them I have seen them expand services as quickly as they can. Be patient with them and they will do everything they can for you.”
“Ashley did a fantastic job drawing my blood today, as she did a few months ago! Other phlebotomists have found the job to be difficult (which made it painful for me), while Ashley was able to preform the draw essentially painlessly and very efficiently (my draw requires 14 tubes). I am VERY appreciative to her for both her skill and kindness.”

“I took my neighbor who is elderly to pick up at the pharmacy located there on site and everything was very smooth and convenient for her they were very polite and were very prompt with providing her with her needs the only thing I would say needed a little bit of accommodating would be the parking situation it's kind of difficult to go in and out when the parking is not for parking it's actually just for dropping off other than that great service polite people took safety precautions and made her happy and we went home and no complaints.”
“This lab is the best lab that Providence has. Most of the phlebotomists are really really good and get me on the first stick. They are human, and some make mistakes, but they do so with compassion and understanding that this isn't any patients favorite thing to do. Patients don't realize that this is a specialty. Nurses miss constantly and so do doctors. The phlebotomists here train for this and it takes a lot of practice to be good, but they are still human. They are also extremely short staffed at this location, so they are doing the best they can with the circumstances. Also, for the review from the angry parent on here, they need to realize that when your child is screaming and is so angry that they are moving a lot and they can't be held down, its not only a danger to the child and parent, but also the phlebotomists. If your kid is not able to be held down, they miss a vein because the kid moved. And if they proceed with a draw and the kid moves again, the needle could hurt the kid by ripping out and could stick the parent or phlebotomists. If they don't feel safe to do their jobs, then don't throw also tantrum because your child is throwing a tantrum. I also know people in this profession and was a phlebotomist myself. They have charts on the wall telling them how much they can take based on weight. Let them do their jobs even if it means turning a patient away because they don't want to be bitten, kicked, or accidentally stuck with a needle because your child can't be contained. I understand its scary for kids, but if it's that scary and your kid can't be controlled for the 5 minutes it takes, then call child services and they can administer nitrous to calm them.”
“Had a great experience here. Make a reservation and have your lab order. Wait was maybe 30 mins due to my doc not having sent in my lab order so they had to manually add it while I was there. Others were arriving and moving right through the system as I waited, so have to imagine many more people would give high ratings if they took the time to do so. Blood draw by Carol was near painless and well worth the 30 min wait.”
“Very easy to get around inside of the hospital. They still have people that greet you at the entrances to ask where you are going and to give you a badge and a mask. Safety is always a high priority!”

I am a horrible stick when it comes to blood work, so bad that I have to be sedated in advance. Presley was wonderful in her demeanor and abilities. She got it done in one try with no issues. She kept me calm and I didn't even pass out this time. Will go back to her again if I need more work!”

There is a shortage of workers in all medical fields. Just understand that world doesn't revolve around you and all will be OK.
