Dr young has been lukeys doctor for the last year and she’s been great. I didn’t love how the office was run over a year ago but there is a new manager now and it seems to run smoothly again.

My experience with Banfield has been pretty "meh". I stuck with them for as long as I did because I took out their Wellness Plan for my pup.There is one front desk staff at the Tualatin location who seems wildly unenthused about their job, and was never very friendly or helpful.Also I never understood why my dog would have to be dropped off for a general wellness appointment. Realistically, that appointment should take sub 20 minutes. From my understanding, he was crated for hours until the vet had a chance to look at him.Either way, I promptly switched vets once the wellness plan ended, and my experience there (Tualatin Park Vet Clinic) was like night and day. Friendly, professional, welcoming, knowledgeable staff throughout. I actually got to sit in with my dog throughout the appointment, so I could see what was actually going on and talk with the vet as he went. And no long, unnecessary stays for my dog just to get some vaccinations done!For me, I didn't really see the value in Banfield's Wellness Plan. I went to both Tualatin and Wilsonville locations, and both were not great overall. I suggest getting your own pet insurance, and choosing your own vet.

Front desk reception is always incompetent. However, April is incredibly rude and i’m shocked that she is employed with her constant attitude. I’ve never experienced worse customer service in my life. All i need is a copy of my dogs vaccine records and I have called three days in a row to obtain her records and for some reason that is too difficult a task for the employees here.

Banfield “hospital”. They should change the name to clinic or veterinary. Took my dog there and got the wellness plan and other things and some supplements. The next day I gave him one of the supplements I purchased from there and my dog started shaking and foam was coming out of his mouth. I took him to the same Banfield and I told the receptionist that I didn’t have an appointment but I wanted to know if someone was able to see him since they gave him those supplements and she had a horrible attitude and was not helpful at all! She told me she was going to ask the vet and came with just the instructions on how to give him the treats. This is not a hospital. They only care about the money and unfortunately I can’t get out of the wellness plan until next year. Do not take your pets here. They don’t care if your pet is sick unless you have an appointment!

The staff and Tom, nurse Erin and Dr. Jeon were great with our dog and her situation. They were courteous, professional and thoughtful. Dr. Jeon and Erin answered all of our questions and concerns and we are grateful for the care given to her.

I spent around $20,000 here in 2022 trying to save a German shepherd with a skin and ear infection, and all of the complications with it and other problems his angry self caused. They couldn't cure him. After all of that I ended up putting him down with them.They lost him and never returned his ashes. They waited until I called for the third time to check on his remains to tell me that they had sent him out as a group cremation for the ashes not to be reclaimed. The first two times they acted like I was being annoying asking where his remains were, and "we'll call you when it's ready!". The third time they acted like I was dramatic about what had occured here. They offered me a free pet memorial product from the crematorium to make up for it after I said this was definitely a situation I needed to speak to a manager, which also felt like pulling teeth to get to.Every person there knows my animals. The receptionists know my name by my phone number. They all know all 3 (used to be 4) of my dogs. If they did this to mine, who they all proclaim to love, would you ever consider trusting them with yours?Run. Run far and fast. I'm upset right now that I can't give zero stars.Banfield, when you see this, know I will never forgive you. His name was Bode, and he was the best dog and friend you could ever ask for.

I tried to get a prescription through an online pharmacy, but I called four times, and the pharmacy sent me a fax four times, but I'm lying that I didn't get it. I told him twice that I couldn't get the fax because it was broken, and I've been saying that I haven't received it since. The worst thing in the world is lies. This hospital is not true. How can I trust my precious dog and get treatment in a place like this... They are great liars. Bad influence on hard working Banfield people. Transferred to another Banfield hospital. It was processed here at once. It's a waste of a star.

Every time I call and talk to receptionist and make an appointment, my scheduled appts. dont get put in their system. Then I arrive for the appt. to find out they dont have me scheduled. This has happened more than once. What a waste of my time. Dont waste yours going here.
