“This review is specifically for Stan who helped us with purchasing a scope. We came in on Sunday March 17th and attempted to pick up an online order at the pick up counter we were met with a extremely over whelmed associate who was less than kind probably because he was stressed the associate informed us that he likely wouldn't be able to get to our order since he was the only one in the warehouse. My husband was bummed but what could he do. So we went to browse the store and ended up at the firearm counter this is where Stan comes into play. He stopped what he was doing to assist us. He helped us purchase the scope at the counter after searching for it in their supply and then informed us how to cancel the online order. He was so kind and patient even if it was an hour to closing. Stan really turned our experience around. We do go to this store a lot and often are met with mixed experiences. Overall this store is amazing it has a great collection of items and is massive”
