I've used both the VenaCare Mobile and in-office phlebotomy services and every single time the phlebotomists have been knowledgeable, kind, caring, compassionate and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. My disease is new to me and I've usually waited too long and I'm emotional and in a lot of pain by the time I go to VenaCare. I have small rolling veins which are hard to hit, so when after 3 attempts Linda finally hit it, I started crying from happiness and relief. She was so sweet and compassionate and gave me a big hug, which made me feel comforted and cared for!! Even though they were closed and the roads were still icy, Frank met me at his office. My blood was so thick that it took him over an hour to take out 250ml, but he hung in therre and got it done. Then again a couple of days later when I took out the remaining 250ml. There is no doubt in my mind that Frank literally saved my life!! It is very evident that he is passionate about helping people and that he genuinely cares!! I am a now loyal customer!

Scheduled an appointment online in Vancouver and drove 30 minutes to get there only to be told the phlebotomist is out. No accommodations offered for having wasted my time and gas. Unprofessional.

The phlebotomist was really friendly and helpful (young man with short dark hair). He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his career and care about what he does.

From beginning to end, the customer service provided by Joshua and Angie and Frank at VenaCare NW has been exceptional. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and kind. And, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and confident under their care.

This is the best place to get your labs done in the Portland area. Unfortunately, it took me 3-4 years to write a review. They are super precise during blood draws. They get it right the first time every time for me. There never a woops, sorry, or let's try the other arm, I had other establishments do this to me in the past. The technicians are professional, kind, and always ask how I'm doing. Big shout out to Frank, you have a great team. Hats off to all of you guys in the office. I never feel like I don't want to come see you guys. Even though I'm getting my blood drawn. I give you guys a ? satisfaction rating.THEY ARE LEGIT.P.S. For the few, as in few, bad reviews that are here...... You obviously can't please everyone when having a bad hair day or just frustrated with themselves........Thanks again to your team today!

Whenever I need a blood draw or a blood test I call VenaCare NW. They are very professional, caring, friendly and their chair side manor is the best. Even the front staff and scheduling team are amazing! They are always there to help in anyway they can. I will always recommend VenaCare NW. Thanks VenaCare NW

I believe the hiccups, more than the smooth transactions, show a company's character. As a Covid precaution I have used VenaCare’s mobile home blood draw service twice during the pandemic. The second time the technician accidentally sent my labs to Providence. No problem for getting the lab results, but a big problem when my insurance doesn’t cover Providence at all. Without prompting VenaCare owned up to this error and said they would pay all associated fees. They were tireless in their information gathering for resolving this issue, even as it drug on while it bounced between Providence and my insurance. I deeply respect their efforts to make things right when things go sideways and because of this I would recommend VenaCare to others and indeed I will use VenaCare again myself.

Linda was absolutely amazing as usual! She does anything necessary including laying on the floor to get blood. I'm a very tough draw and she made it absolutely painless. I'm so grateful for this company and it's down to earth staff.

I doubt I’ll ever request service again from VenaCare (VenaCare NW Wellness Clinic & Mobile Phlebotomy). The following summarizes my only experience with VenaCare:I had four failed communication/coordination events by VenaCare in a single day resulting in no service provided (and no blame accepted). (1) Several days in advance, VenaCare (with me and the care facility) scheduled a blood draw for 1:00 PM on Monday (2/7/22). No one came. (2) About 10:15 AM on Monday, I confirmed the draw covered both doctor requests but VenaCare said the draw was scheduled between 11:00 and 11:30 AM (I mentioned the plan had been for 1:00 PM). No one came. (3) About 11:45 AM on Monday, I called and VenaCare said the draw was requested in the afternoon and they would call back with a new estimated draw time. No one came and no one called back about this. (4) About 4:45 PM on Monday, the care facility called and VenaCare said they would call back about the possibility of still coming on Monday. No one came and no one called back about this.Later Monday evening, VenaCare called the care facility to confirm a draw to be done on Tuesday. This was not an option since the calming medication had just been used.Later yet Monday evening, VenaCare called me with (i) no blame accepted beyond that I must have talked with VenaCare’s new employee, and (ii) no recompense beyond saying they would not charge me anything (when they never came).Monday was to be the fourth attempt for my wife, who has Alzheimer’s and had been resistant to having blood drawn; a cause for superior communication/coordination. I’ve paid for two of the three prior failed attempts. I became actively involved for this attempt. About 10:20 AM on Monday (due to impending draw), my wife was given a single dose of a prescription medicine to calm her, but which also makes her prone to falling. Because she had several minor injuries the last time she took this medicine, I stayed with her for nearly 12 hours on Monday. I kept her from any injuries but no blood draw was even attempted.I doubt I’ll ever request service again from VenaCare.

This is hands down the best place I've ever gone to for a blood draw. The waiting area is wide open and has nice seats/couches. The have free tea & water and you can purchase Suma Kombucha w/ or w/o CBD in cups or In refillable growlers. There is ample parking and they take Insurance (BCBS, Providence, United Health Care, Care Oregon OHA DMAP).The staff is friendly and they are super quick. They use butterfly needles so no worries about bad pricks. They do Rapid Covid testing but you have to pay out of pocket and submit to your insurance to get reimbursed.

I have ordered their CBD Relief cream and have had excellent results from it. I have gone to four (4) Specialists for treatment of my condition and undergone CT scans and still suffered from my condition. The doctors only recommendation was to send me to another "Specialist " for additional tests. The first time I used the Nightingale CBD cream, my pain immediately went away and I have not had anymore pain since I began using it. I cannot thank Venacare NW enough for their excellent service and support. I highly recommend them!!.
