This is a great store and neighborhood resource! I use it as my primary grocery, along with Costco, and make trips to New seasons, and the like, for specialty items. I like the variety offered for staples, including organic choices. It's a clean, well stocked store. Staff are helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Really happy it's there.

Love this store! Love the self check outs and the friendliness of the staff. My go to store! Great prices. Convenient location. Couldn't be happier with it.

Stunned this Walmart only has 3.5 stars!! I never have shopped at Walmart before, but my husbands Medicare medical plan is serviced by Walmart. Our little neighborhood Walmart store has the friendliest employees over all! Always willing to help you find what you need. Since I mostly utilize the pharmacy I have to tell you Al the pharmacist gets five star plus, and all the pharmacy staff are friendly, actually answer the phone with a smile, and I leave feeling personally taken care of. Kudos and five stars to all of them.

Walmart in West Linn is way more expensive than Fred Meyer! I was shocked and thought I would share in case anyone else needs to know

I have been calling the store and pharmacy and no one picks up. This has been going on for hours. I just got through to a rude customer service person. Really. Still no answer.

Review for pharmacy only where my son got his Covid vaccines. We booked our vaccines online when appointments were very hard to come by. We felt lucky to have nabbed one at this Walmart pharmacy. Our experience with both shots was A+. The pharmacist (Lee?) was very nice and the process was simple. Zero waiting time before the appointment. After our second shot he said "Congratulations!" as we left. I loved that as we really did feel celebratory! Super friendly pharmacy staff and very efficient.

Ok store but they let people shop there who are not wearing masks. The law requires masks indoors and based on my reading of the govt guidelines sent August 13 there are no exceptions to let maskless people enter. Please enforce. These two pictured were defiant when approached by store personal to leave. Tough situation for the employees too.

If you're going to have your employees wear masks they shouldn't wear them under their nose at the customer service desk! That does nothing to reduce health risks. Many people that are immune compromised have to shop here due to access and cost and to have an employee risking the health of customers is very disappointing.

We pretty much have two choices here in West Linn, Safeway or Walmart. Prices at Walmart are ALWAYS at least as low as Safeway and the quality of meat and produce is regularly BETTER than Safeway. Always enough help and not a problem walking you to exactly what you are looking for. Safeway is pushing towards a self checkout system and Walmart offers it but still has enough Checkers to get you thru the line quickly. I truly believe the best advertisement for Walmart is the way you are treated at Safeway.

Why is it that the few items they have competitively priced, they're usually out of? No inventory control or extremely badly run. Definitely do not care how well the store is ran. Many more workers than before, but nothing employees can do about stock ordering.

Sooo frustrating.. apparently they have a problem keeping their stock people.. Shelves are routinely empty.. And watch out for expiration dates.. I've picked up items that were expired..I gave it 2 stars because when the shelves are stocked they do have a good selection..

BEWARE OPENED MERCHANDISE!!! This is something happening at this location and the Whole Foods 365 location in Lake Oswego. I noticed this starting to happen about a year ago in various locations in West Linn and Lake Oswego. These two locations are the worst for it. This problem has gotten so bad lately, I am forced to stand in the store and double check each and every item I purchase. Take tonight for example. I checked everything I bought, however, on an impulse I picked up a bottle of Arrowhead Sparkling Spring Water just before I checked out. I was very excited to grab to spring water. I got home, unloaded everything and went to open the water. Too late! Already open! What are the odds that the one thing I didn't check was, in fact, open? It's not an odds thing.... I am finding open merchandise from that Walmart EVERY TIME I shop from there now. CHECK EVERYTHING YOU BUY AT THIS WALMART!!! You have been warned.

I went in to find some bug spray and Heat (which I did not know what department to look in). The store looked dingy: A little dirty and poorly lit. The space between the racks was super large, and there was a lot of empty space. It looked like the store had very little inventory. I counted the people in there. It was Thursday around noon, and there were 12 customers total. It may be an off hour, but that is still not many customers! I asked where the bug spray is and the person I asked sighed and looked bored and said, " Down there!" pointing somewhere vague. "After the camping items and before the laundry items." So, I walked a bit and then guessed where "down there" was. I could not find the item. So, I asked someone else. She showed me, but I did not find bug spray, only repellent, and she said that is all they have. I asked for "heat", but she had never heard of it. So, I left. I would not shop at Walmart due to their store policies and reputation for not providing health care for their employees, but my friend who is fixing my roof suggested I would find what I needed there for the roof job. Well, I did not find what I need, and I will not shop there again. I went to ACE and got good service and found what I needed rapidly.

I'm giving this location a 2 because they have put so many " self checkouts" in the front of the store and there is no one available to check out and bag large grocery carts full of food In the mornings. Seems as if it is designed to discourage those that do large grocery shopping. Ill return to Safeway- I'd rather pay a few extra dollars for the courtesy of a chaser and someone bagging my groceries.
