I purchased a used vehicle for my daughter at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan, and I would give my highest recommendation for the overall experience. Sales Associates Sequoia and Michael were friendly, helpful, and thorough in showing us the options and in helping us select a vehicle that was right for my daughter’s needs and price point. Finance Manager Dan led us seamlessly through the financing process and helped ensure we did that part of the buying experience right the first time. And Sales Manager Jason was friendly, straightforward, and responsive when closing on the specifics of our purchase. My fiancé and I walked into Tonkin knowing exactly what we were looking for. Jorge was the first person we saw and he immediately greeted us and took care of us answering all our questions and providing us with useful information about the car the wanted. We worked with Jorge and Dan to walk out with a new car. Working with them both was such seamless and easy process. We will definitely be going back to Tonkin Nissan to see them for our next car purchase.

Trey the sales associate help me so much and had a lot of patience. I was at the dealer 2 days and he showed that he cared and he help me and my husband and my kids a lot. Made me feel comfortable and appreciate. Such a great sense of humor, we were laughing most of the time. I recommend him as your sales person he goes above and beyond.

Had a great experience with Tonkin Nissan. I used the website to inquire about a new truck they had i. stock. Made an appointment to drive, and ended up purchasing. I dealt with Jorge on the website, and Ric (sales manager) in person. Really enjoyed the experience, no games just a straight up purchase experience.

I was looking to trade in my 2018 Tacoma and kept looking at a few different stores that were either out of price range or didn’t have what I was looking for either. My aunt used to work here and recommended looking to see what Ron Tonkin Nissan had and said to call for Rick. Rick treated me like family and 125% earned my business. Got me the truck I chose for the payments I wanted, and price close enough to what I originally wanted. I walked out with a newer Ram 1500 Laramie feeling like I was waking up on Christmas Day. Dan in finance was a hoot! Told me some fun stories, funny and very positive. They both truly worked so hard to make me a happy camper. I 125% recommend Rick and Ron Tonkin Nissan.

My third car experience will be my last. I did not want the service or maintenance contract. My options for a new car were not met. My final contract with John was pushed into service and maintenance, which I was told I needed, added to the contract. I left with the car and reviewed the contract to find principal was added to the contract. I paid CASH for the car so John the Finance Manager and the new Finance Manager of 7 days did notnote principal added.I am 74 yrs of age and expressed my concerns to meet my goal of not spending more than 10,000. After John got me to sign the contract he left his office and went to an employee on the main floor acting very pleased with himself.John went back to his office. I went back to John's office after talking to Tray. I again told John I did not want the service and maintenance contracts. He told me "you need it ". I was so disappointed and left. I have not been back to Nissan. I have completed and returned paperwork to cancel the service and maintenance contract. I have not received the money. I need or request the dollar amount added for principal.Please note, I called Austin as requested this last week.

I bought my car at Tonkin. I almost decided to go to a different dealership for regular maintenance due to its distance from my home. I decided to continue to go to the Wilsonville location and am glad I did. Everyone was so nice and completely professional. The customer waiting area is comfortable and there are beverages and snacks while you wait. It's only 20 miles from my home and is worth the time to drive there.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service advisor Keenny Pineda. He actively listened to what I wanted done, and went out of his way to ensure that my questions were answered, my needs were met, and that the service experience was excellent. With service like this why would I go anywhere else than where I purchased my Nissan. Kudos!

Really appreciate the prompt service provided. Love how easy it was to drop off my car at the service center and get a loaner car to drive back home. I had peace of mind just knowing that my car was in good hands. Would like to thank my service advisor who kept me informed throughout the process and explained what was needed to fix my car and also gave me required quotes.

I have purchased 3 new vehicles in my time from Nissan dealerships. This by far was the best experience I have ever had. The sales-lady Michelle was extremely nice, personable, and heard what I was looking to achieve. Dan in finance was great as well. The finance approval process was simple and smooth. Of course buying a new vehicle can be time consuming, from test drives to negotiations, to decision making within yourself. Then comes the mountain of paper work and signatures, that simply can't be avoided, but to be able to have this experience in a clean comfortable friendly environment is top notch. They allowed my pups to roam free inside...granted he is a very good pup, they even have dog treats and a water bowl. If you are like me and dread the car buying experience, simply due to process and time, then this is the place to buy your new car. They have many options new and used. They are kind iniviting and fair! I live in salem and had shopped at Salem Nissan first and was completely put off by the attitude of the sales man there. So the drive to Wilsonville was well worth it for me. I love my new 2023 Nissan Frontier pro-4x. I am looking forward to buying from them again in the future, the Nissan Sentra on the show floor is a NICE looking car.

From the moment I stepped onto the lot to the moment I drove away in my new car the next day, my experience at Tonkin Nissan was smooth and low-stress. Michael was great--friendly, communicative, and attentive without being stifling. I expected the finance process to be a pain, like usual, but not here. John was friendly and efficient. The dealership itself is a really nice facility, and I'm glad I made the drive. I've bought eight new vehicles in my life, and this was the best car buying experience I've had.

I have always been reluctant to bring my cars to a dealership for repairs. But this past week we had an amazing experience dealing with Ron Tonkin's Nissan dealership in Wilsonville. The service manager was beyond fabulous in helping us find some affordable options for a pretty expensive repair for my sons car.Thank you Amber for going above and beyond and providing such a great experience in getting my son's car back in working condition in a timely manner.

2 Stars for the polite service only. But, unfortunately the diagnosis was very poor on my older Nissan SUV. They wanted to charge me $2700 to fix the power steering pump, hoses and clamps. I reached out to the local Facebook Community and got many recommendations. Found a popular local shop that's been in business for decades and great reputation. They fixed my car and has been running great since at a cost of only $700. There was nothing wrong with the pump. Plus they gave me a 1 year warranty\12,000 miles on the work.
