“I experienced the best level of customer service ever working with Jason at the TMobile Bridgeville location. I switched mobile and home internet services, so had a lot of plan, transition and financial questions. Jason took the time to explain everything to me and also do all the set up / transition work while I was in the store. Overall, I’m now saving a lot of money and have a better quality of service over Verizon and xFinity. Jason has continued to be responsive weeks after the transition. Do yourself a favor and evaluate TMobile over existing service providers then run don’t walk to see Jason in Bridgeville!”

“I should know better when I try to seek out good everywhere I go, but when I walk into my local AT&T store on a random rainy Thursday and get greeted with a genuinely concerned “what brings you in today” before foot-one hits the floor I’m certain there is truth in the familiar phrase, it’s not what you say but how you say it. It was that introduction from a young man named Prince at the Bridgeville, PA location that set the tone and assured what I thought were mountains that needed to be moved were going to be non-issues. From casual shares about life weaving in and out of details of my phone plan at hand, I felt like I often do and that the reason I fell in for a few was secondary to the purpose in our communications. Busy-ness happened in a timely fashion, but I gotta tell ya that the world needs a couple-hundred more caring souls like this individual that didn’t seem for a second to treat me as insignificant. Just extraordinarily kind and accommodating as he worked through the transitions with Sean - the manager on-site - to keep me in the best place possible, yet offer some options for when the time is right for me. I am beyond grateful for just how conscientious Prince was to assess my situation - that he would have not otherwise know - and send me forward feeling like “I can do this!” So much respect for this gentleman - as well as Sean and Dragan that I’ve come in contact with at this location - giving hope by knowing you employ people of such exception.
