“I was really sick and Costco pharmacy made it possible for me to get me medication without putting anyone at risk. I'm so grateful! For such a large corporation, they were as responsive as a small mom-n-pop. I also love the healthy options that are more and more available. My Kombucha habit savings cover the membership fee alone. Great kombucha!”

“Nice store. First time visit. Once I learn where everything is, it will be easier to navigate. This store must be good because I ran into a couple of friends shopping there also.”

“Nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well organized. Great prices. Nice selection of produce, bread, meat, and frozen goods. Bringing your own bags are encouraged, they only sell them there. If you plan on using a cart, you'll need a quarter deposit to unlock one. Always satisfied with my purchases. I like checking out the weekly finds isle, never know what you'll come across. Considering the price of groceries in this era it's nice to save a few bucks on essentials! If you enjoy saving money I highly recommend shopping at Aldi's!”

“I love this particular, iteration of the Aldi in the area because it’s close, and has a great selection. There is another one cnearby, but it’s a much smaller store; a much smaller selection. Penn Avenue is kept well stocked and clean, and everyone there seems pretty darn friendly. Recommend.”

“Great prices and good quality food as well. The checkout process is convoluted and annoying though. They throw all the items in a cart. Even glass items and stuff like bread so they can either break or get smooshed. Also make sure to bring your own bags if you can. If not you can buy some there. Also bring a quarter for the cart.”

“I really like that they put an Aldi's in Monroeville is convenient they were stocked with items that I use on a daily basis when some other stores do not have them the only thing I don't like is when you leave the parking lot you go straight out into traffic and sometimes it can be dangerous”

“Good selection of food items for a local market. Great place to get that one item (that you forgot) when making dinner… oh, they closed 10 minutes early? Well… maybe next time:)”

“I had a very positive experience (Sept 22 2023). I just happened to have come across the shop while visiting Hillman across the street. It's a small shop, but I was pleased with the selection. I felt like most of the prices were fair for a shop of this size. The cashier lady was super warm and nice, a total opposite of the Korean market in Oakland.”

“It's good location pretty busy as it the best economical grocery store in the area. Though a little difficult to get to if you're using public transit from theHilltop”

“I love Monroeville Aldi! Everyone’s so friendly and everything is pretty well stocked and fresh at all times. Thank god they just added self scanners since the lines there can be so brutal, but I hope they work!!”

“I love ALDIs in general.I have to give a shout out to my cashier TaQiyya. The customer in front of me was giving her a hard time about something that had no business being an issue (seriously, it’s free to be kind).TaQiyya handled it so well and the way she reacted made me smile. I hope it didn’t ruin her day (this incident was at 10am, so a relatively start to the day)Please, be kind to service workers. No matter if they are a server, cashier, or people restocking the products you buy. Have some decency.”

“Basically the most of my shopping is at Aldi. I will not pay the astronomical prices at my former stores. The quality is as good if not better than the other stores.”

“I spent $20 on enough groceries that I'm believe would have cost me around close to 6 or 50 At shop and save. I'm gonna do my best to do my shopping from now on add Aldi's for sure!!”

“Clean and neat. Plenty of stuff to pick from here for food and snack. Not crazy about the drink coolers because you can't see into them, and the screens aren't usually correct as to what's inside. Plenty of gas pumps, never a wait for those.”

“manager was rude and theu don't honor the price of items other stores have it at. I git a ice mane that was supposed to be 89.98 and the store was was charging 94.99. all the other stores had it for 89.99 also.”

“I love Aldi for certain products; yogurt, almond milk, creamer, cheese, bread, cereal and produce. Their European chocolate is outstanding. Sometimes I buy household items. I've bought planters, throw rugs, containers... Just a great store.”

“I don't shop at Aldi's I was picking up groceries for a friend. Seems like a nice grocery store. Staff was friendly and helpful as I never picked up groceries after ordering them. I'll return should my friend need help again but won't make it a habit.”

“Much bigger and better than the one in Bloomfield. Wide variety...great extensive bakery and meat and produce departments. Would go back, even though it is out of the way!”

“at Aldi I have come to expect to see cilantro for 89 cents but just recently I noticed they started carrying parsley. Two types of fresh herbs they sell throughout the year! Product variety is very small. They carry one or two brands, often store brands, of something. Produce is good, fresh, and cheap, and except for the stockers' tendency to throw everything (apples, potatoes, mangos, into to the bin) which I have seen done at ALL stores in the Pgh area. They carry a lot of frozen vegan items, as well as things like cauliflower dough pizza, tofu, etc. I like their flexibility to open up a new lane (listen and learn, Giant Eagle). Prices are sometimes 30-40% lower than the Yost Blvd Giant Eagle up the street. Their cart area is always all trashed out and someone needs to be go there everyday cleaning up the area.”

“Interesting market out towards Mt Lebo/south hills. Didn’t walk around too much but it seemed like everything you needed in a grocery store. Had some issue with their self check out counter not accepting my card but I’m sure it was just a fluke”

“This Aldis is one of the nicer ones in the North Hills. They are usually well stocked and since they put in self serve registers, the line are a lot shorter. They used to suffer with long lines and no help. The Aldi's has the best stocked produce and meat department around”

“Family Dollar was very busy when I arrived, but once I got up to the check out the Cashier's were very efficient and were able to breeze through the customers. The only issue I found was that the Cashiers were having a conversation about another employee who had left the store, which I thought should of been done after the Customers were gone.”
