Delaney Honda is just like many of the other shady deceptive car dealerships. There are plenty of good ones, but they are hard to find. People wonder why dealerships have such a bad rap, it's because of dealers like Delaney Honda. I called talked to Tay on Wednesday Sept 20th, and asked for clearer pictures of a car, asked for a shipping quote, as well as made an offer on the car. He stated the car was going through the shop but he would see about better pictures and see about my offer. Thursday September 21st, Tay texted me to let me know about the shipping cost, and again I ran my offer by him which he said he would run by his manager. Friday and Saturday I heard nothing from him so I texted him again on Monday September 25th, to see about the pictures and asked if they decided if my offer will work. He then told me before he can discuss pricing he needs to speak with me so I called him immediately. Tay went on to tell me how the car is still going through the shop, and again I asked him about my offer, which basically he stated again he would have to check. About four hours later Tay called to let me know they they received a deposit on the car so it is no longer available. I reminded him Wednesday of last week I made an offer and would have made a deposit, or sent a wire for the full amount that I offered but nobody ever got back to me on my offer. Clearly this shady dealership was delaying my offer to see if they got a better offer rather than being honest and acting with integrity that they decline my offer, or counter my offer, but they chose to avoid giving me an answer for days until they received a better offer. Again, this is why so many dealerships have such a bad wrap, but the stereo type is so true in most cases, and 100% Delaney Honda is one of those that should not be trusted.

Everything was very clean and well maintained but inventory was extremely low. I guess that is a sign of our times but if you're looking for a new car, you will need to look elsewhere at this time.

The staff is nice to work with. I took my CRV in today 7/13/23, and they performed a rear frame brace safety recall on it. They were very efficient and courteous, and so far I haven’t noticed anything different about the vehicle.I would give 5 stars, but awhile ago we had a separate safety recall on our CRV airbag, so we took it in. They didn’t tighten all the screws so one was rattling around loose and kept getting stuck on the horn. So we ended up honking sporadically mid-traffic whenever we turned the wheel and the screw tumbled around. It was somewhat funny, but it became frustrating and distracting. It went on like this for a week or so until they were able to take it back get it fixed. It didn’t make me feel confident in the work done on the airbag.Another time (about a month ago) my friend had Delaney do safety recall work on his Pilot, and they didn’t tighten all the bolts on a brake caliper. It was loose and started to grind the wheel so badly they had to stop and get it towed. Delaney apologized, paid for the tow bill, and fixed it, but that was a huge oversight, and a safety concern.Probably in 95% of the cases they do everything well. I had a good conversation with their customer service representative after my initial review online, and I think worked to get quality back under control.

After buying my honda threw them i am disappointed that i had to go threw a Chrysler dealership to get an suv witj zero down payment and the Chrysler dealership gave me 2k more for my car then honda offered. Honda wouldnt even put me in an suv without having 3k$ down... my credit is decent at that. I tryed to stay loyal and stick with delaney however if they cant make something shake for thier loyal customers then i say its time to move along and find a dealership who can make deals happen for someone's budget . Its all about the commission for delaney its not about the returning customer. Infact my income and credit was WAY better then when they put me in my first car kinda sad really . I went to a Chrysler dealership got put into a 2020 jeep cherokee laredo with nothing down and got the full value of my car as a trade in . Now thats how u work a deal for a customer. I wont be recommending delaney in the future

Excellent place to buy a car, new or used! The staff, particularly Todd Trainor, my salesperson, and Art Raba, treated me like a valued customer! Todd and Art, the Special Finance Manager, worked hard to get me into the car I loved! This is my second time buying a car here and I recommend them to everyone I know! The service department is also stellar! have been thrilled with the care I receive here!

I just purchased a 2022 Honda Accord Sport from this dealership. I have dealt with dealerships and salesman before and have never had the experience like I had buying this car. I have to say the two guys I worked with was awesome. I have nothing bad to say about Art Rayba or Treston Cinko they are both great guys to deal with and will be going back for my next vehicle.

We purchased a car from this dealership about 2 weeks ago. The day we went to go purchase it the battery was dead. We get it things happen no big deal. Well, less than 48 hours after having the car a check engine light comes on. ? we call the dealership and they try every which way to send us to another dealership for our issue that wants to charge us $179 just for the diagnostics. Meanwhile, we purchased the extended service plan. Then they promise to fix the paint damage on the car (in the we owe) and it looks like they took white out over it. It's embarrassing how bad it looks. Then finally here we are today the window button in the back fell in. This car barely has 12,000 miles on it and it has more problems then I want to admit. The sales manager Art was extremely extremely rude when we were there. He will be the number one reason on why we never go back. We tried to email the General Manager to just not have him respond. If you want a dealership that feels sketchy and doesn't take pride in their customer service this is your dealership.

I had a great experience here today! Everyone we spoke to today was so friendly! Our salesperson, Todd Trainor, was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience great and easy. We also worked with Art and Xavier and they were fantastic as well! Everyone stayed after hours with us, and we appreciate it very much. I highly recommend this dealership!!

Had a great experience at this dealership. Communication was great from the moment I called to inquire about a vehicle to the moment we left purchasing. Our salesman Tay was extremely personable and honest throughout the sales process. Xavier was also very kind, efficient, and informative while helping us with the financial process. I had a distressing “emission system problem” warning the day before we were leaving for vacation. Butch got us in, had the problem diagnosed and repaired under warranty by 11:30 the same day. Great job. Thanks Butch. You’re a great ambassador for Delaney.
