The person answering the phone seems to think he is an orthopedic surgeon rather than some sort of sales clerk. He refused to assist me by verifying whether or not a wheelchair is a covered benefit under my insurance. In spite of his limited intellectual capacity and lack of credentials, he spewed dangerously incorrect medical advice with regard to my ability to ambulate. Instead of assisting me with coverage issues, he kept demanding that my doctor send them a prescription.Guess what, “Mr. Not-a-Doctor”? A walker is not what my doctor recommended for a broken leg!This arrogant, slothful, dangerous miscreant has lost our business forever.When we were in the store about a month ago, in preparation for surgery, we were impressed with the helpfulness, friendliness, and honesty of the woman who assisted us with the purchase of a hip kit, toilet seat, and shower chair, all items not covered by insurance. This woman was wonderful.It is tragic both for the business and the patient that an insolent, arrogant, truculent employee can lose not just one customer, as word of mouth travels quickly.If you are an Indiana County resident, you have nearby options in surrounding towns who will GLADLY assist you with your DME needs instead of impersonating a doctor!If you are in need of supplies which are not covered by your insurance, go to Amazon. There are far better selections available than the store carries.

This is probably one of the worst experiences. When I got my CPAP machine I was told “as long as you use your machine at least 4hrs a night, you will not be charged by your insurance, if you do end up having to pay something, you won’t have to pay it.”only to find out 6 months later I had $1,300 bill. I would have gladly paid the bill if i had not felt deceived. I used my machine more than 4 hrs a night. They sent it to collections and I have since paid it, but Every monthThey continue to call me to restock on supplies and I order and they just don’t send them. This company does not care about you.

They really don't deserve a half of a star. It's been 2 days since they got my walking boot in and I never heard from them to get it. They seem to not care about the people that need their supplies. Now they are telling me it's supposed to be at the store in one week. I have a fractured foot and it's hard to walk around.

Look these folks really care about the people they serve, Shawn was exceptional while fitting my mom with shoes that wouldn't hurt her feet. We showed up without an appointment; even though an appointment is required. She needed shoes that day because her feet had swollen and could no longer wear her normal shoes. They listened and provided options for her, she is now wearing shoes that don't hurt her feet and can walk much better.

My husband has been a customer for over 8 years paying monthly until other needs such as gas ect. Has gone up. We r not behind but yet when I ordered supplies for my husband, they said no,not till we get 100 dollars to pay more!! My husband depends on his c-pap every night! What rtje hell!

Every time I need medical supplies I go here. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are higher than online but I think it's a fair trade off.
