Recently changed my pharmacy after being quoted corporation policy at an Indiana pharmacy for 10+ years. Their corporation policy prohibited the pharmacist to refill a monthly prescription I'd taken for 3 or 4 years. A close friend has her prescriptions filled at EagleScripts. No wonder - the pharmacist owner was kind, respectful and reassuring. He didn't act like a faceless corporation and all of my prescriptions were filled.

Owner is a complete j**** They are not in it to help patients. When my aunt tried to transfer her prescription out he didn’t even let her, which is completely illegal.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I have been with this pharmacy for over six years and I never had a problem until this past month. When I was to have my prescription filled for January, they insisted they sent me a three months supply and billed my insurance for it. However, they only gave me one month supply. The pharmacist I spoke to was very rude and condescending towards me. He told me that he had filled my three months supply and told me that I would have to call my insurance or doctor because he wouldn't just "give it [to me] for free". I felt so frustrated and angry. I finally called my insurance company and the representative that worked with me called them to discuss them retracting the claim for a three months supply. Needless to say, he was also very nasty with her as well and wouldn't even hear her out fully. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company against them and switched pharmacies. Also, my doctor's office said they are known for not properly honoring three months supply prescriptions and have apparently done this to patients in the past. Just go elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble.

This pharmacy is, BY FAR, the hardest to deal with from a medical professional's standpoint. Management is downright rude.

Refused to fill a prescription for my diabetic father. They take his insurance. They said “you can't fill only one prescription†and when my sister said “you can't just turn us away, you take his insurance†the man responded “well I just didâ€...... uhhhh, that's okay- we'll go elsewhere. Somewhere the pharmacists aren't total j*** bags. Customer service should be your priority, especially when there are AT LEAST 5 other pharmacies in town. This would be totally different if my fathers insurance wasn't accepted there. He's gotten his medications from this pharmacy before with no issues, and nothing on his policy has changed.
