I currently work at Jackson Hewitt. We have a wonderful team of tax professionals. Friendly, work hard, and they know what they are doing! Even if one of us needs help, we know one of our team members know the answer! If you want your taxes done right, book an appointment today! You won’t be disappointed!

Rebecca did my taxes and I really liked her. I just wish it didn't cost so much to do very simple taxes.

I didnt get my gift card. I've been with you people for 19 years. Your tax preparer was trying to say that l was self employed. I work at walmart. I was being over charged for bbn my taxesI told her so. I was very disappointed. I may go to some one else next year.

In full disclosure, I am possibly biased in my review having used this site for the past 2 years. I saw these reviews from 2 other respondents and they may be true, they may be accurate but I would take it with a grain of salt. I don't have a dog in the fight other than to say I utilize their services. I did come from somewhere else 2 years ago for a reason. Taxes are complicated and if you even ask the preparer, they will explain their fee structure to you. I want to say they start off at $60 and can go up to $400. But, you're also getting much more value than doing it with an online servicer. I learned the hard way. I used an online filing site a few years ago and got the dreaded AUDIT. Let me say, no one wants to be audited. I got 0 help with it. Part of the reason for me switching was the peace of mind JH offers God forbid that happens to me again. And sure my return doesn't cost $200 but I also am married, have 2 children, have 3 W2s , investment income whereby my husband thinks hes Warren Buffet (just uses Al Bundys budget) so of course there is a lot more to the return than something simple. You get what you pay for. If you're on the fence, go chat with Gertie. If she can't instill confidence in doing your return properly then don't use them. At the same time, don't pass judgement due to commentary that may or may not be true. I dont have a dog in the fight other than (1) believe in karma and (2) i have used these folks in the past coming from a dark place and they treated me well. Good luck during tax time! Choose your preparer wisely. I know I did and I am a fan of purple and white.
