The sales ladies wouldn't help me, they showed me shoes, I asked about them, they knew nothing. A customer in the store helped me find the type of shoe I was looking for. The 2 employees made a joke about it saying they should hire the customer who helped me. They were very, very rude. Don't expect me back

I bought a pair of shoes paid with a debit card. My feet swell because of a health problem. They refuse to give me and refund. It's a debit card you can give me cash you have been said. They refuse to. Want me to get a gift card from there! I don't want other shoes I want the almost $60 I paid for shoes that were never wore. Oh had to replace my debit card as I lost it. I have the sales slip and it hasn't even been 2 weeks since they were bought. Stay away crappy selection rude workers.
