“This post is in response to Rahina Dean's post. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Harbro Auto. It's a great place to purchase a vehicle and have your vehicle serviced. I know the lobby is not that big and the sitting area in the lobby is mostly used for customers waiting for their vehicle to get done in the service department. If you went into Harbro and just sat down in the chairs in the lobby, you may have been mistaken for a service customer waiting for their car. Typically when customers come in for the sales department they go to the front desk and check in, so that the sales department knows there is a customer waiting to be helped. I would recomend you give Harbro a second chance, but this time check in with the front desk. This will insure your not mistaken as a service customer.”

“First time customer. After getting a ridiculously high quote from an eager service-writer for some work at a Honda dealership, I decided to take my beloved Element to Forefront Auto. I had heard good things about Kevin and his shop, and decided to give him a try.
