“I needed an inspection sticker they got me in right away I walked in there and you might think I have been going there forever it was the most friendly garage I have ever been to and I have to say the waiting area is so clean I already made a second appointment to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. It is so nice to finally find a garage to go to that you just feel really comfortable when you walk in I will not be going anywhere else???”

“I came to Eddy for 2 used tires about a year ago, and they did a great job and were very professional. I’m a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars, or takes the best care of their car due to financial constraints. My car could literally be exploding and I wouldn’t know. Anyway, I didn’t feel judged about the horrible conditions of my old tires ?? even though I know they were sideyeing me.? It’s okay. Like I said. Great job all around and very affordable. Going back for 4 new tires tomorrow.”

Service was timely and the cost was more than reasonable. Had them also change the oil and the car was still done when promised.Their expertise is in demand, so you'll need to make an appointment, but it's well worth whatever the wait may be. “I am a very happy customer! I had a few minor electrical issues with my car and didn't have a reliable mechanic in the area yet. I was having a terrible time with other auto body shops either refusing to work on the make of my (European) car or giving me absolutely absurd quotes. Ocean State Auto fixed ALL of the issues with my car for $200 less than another place had quoted me for just one of the issues. They were SO fast with both the quote and getting the work done. The whole process was easy and everyone was courteous and kind. It really seems like they make their money from working hard and pushing a lot of volume rather than ripping customers off. 10/10 would definitely come back here and recommend to others!”

“I bought a vehicle from Jim about 7 mos ago. He walked me through the whole process and has been very patient and understanding with every annoyance I have bothered him with and there have been many. The beginning of Nov two of my Rogue was making a weird noise, on my way to class, like the caliper was stuck. I immediately came home. I called Jim and he came to my house to check it out. The caliper was indeed stuck, and had gouged my rotor. He had it brought right into the shop to find out the why. We later found out that two of my lug nut bolts had snapped, when I had accidently caught a curb a week or so prior. He and Mike went about getting the problem fixed. He also made sure I had a vehicle to use, even though my insurance did not cover rentals, and he did not have to, while he fixed the Rogue. When someone hit the loaner car, while parked near my house. I panicked and was really anxious about it. I called the police to report the hit and run. Then called Jim. He simply came looked at it, told me it would all be fine, to call my insurance company. He and his whole team have been wonderful to me. When it was all said and done, I only had to pay my deductible. He is an honest man and came through for me from the start. I would highly recommend his services whether buying a car, or repairs.”

“Had the pleasure of using Knox to have my car towed through AAA. The driver I had was Jason, super nice guy! He listened when I told him what happened and even chatted with him about cars for a few minutes once we got the car back to the house and off the truck. He even offered to tow it to a shop if needed when I had said I wanted it towed to my house for now. Also was super quick getting to where the car broke down AAA said probably 30-45 mins before I'd get a call from a dispatcher, he was there in under 20 minutes! Definitely was happy with the experience, made the whole ordeal less stressful!”
