“I've been taking my 2 Tag watches to Bob at Watchworks for about 15 years now and I couldn't be happier with the services here. I found him after a local jeweler changed my battery and gave me back my watch with a loose dial that they had to send out to be fixed (thankfully on their dime). Most of the time I've just had my batteries changed but I've also had a few repairs (broken crown, ratchets, pins) over the years and everything is always fixed perfectly and punctually. He even came in on a Sunday to get my watch back to me without me even asking. The owner is highly knowledgeable and is passionate about timepieces and this comes through in his work.
