“My experience last week: the staff was very friendly (unlike the prior staff person a few years ago); the staff works hard and continuously; results came in quickly; it is a quirky set-up, you have to walk through a dr's office waiting room, down some stairs... If you aren't mobile, you'll have to go elsewhere.When we first arrived, we could hear the two staff people chatting and laughing genially. We thought (true confessions!) maybe they weren't working too hard, but once I got into the room where they take blood, it was clear - they're two very nice women who like each other! I came out to the waiting room to wait for my husband, and people were muttering a bit, so I told them that I'll take a friendly and competent staff over an unfriendly and competent staff anytime! There's a LOT of paperwork to do and they never stopped working! They're super nice!”

“The website makes it easy to schedule an appointment, but walk-ins are also accepted if they aren't too busy. Blood work results seem to come in quicker than other labs I have been to and if you make an account you can view your results online. It's all very convenient, and quick, and they seem to accept most insurance plans. I have never sat more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and 2 of the 3 phlebotomists I have seen there are exceptionally skilled at dealing with my tiny veins which are difficult for some to access. They don't even leave bruises.”

“If I don’t have to fast to have blood drawnI go between 1 and 4 pm.I’m the ONLY ones there frequently !If you have to fast, you go early and it is crowded. Two workers on at 8 am; only one before that. They do great work!”

“I took my 19 month old daughter in for her first ever blood draw and I can't put into words how impressed we were with the experience. Both phlebotomists were kind, professional, experienced and did everything they could to make sure my daughter was comfortable and at ease which put my fiance and I at ease as well. I would highly recommend this lab to anyone especially if you're looking for a lab that works with children. We will definitely be back.”
