Finally I said that she could keep trying while I go next door for some groceries. Told her I would check back in a little while. Turns out that the model I paid for was not the right one for my car. The clerk came and FOUND ME in the market (who even does that?) to tell me that she swapped out the product at no extra charge and had finished the installation for me. Don't tell me I got cheated. She did all this for a $13 sale. Totally super nice. Will go back in the future”
