Arena Athletic Club is just the place for you if you are looking for one on one training, group training, or whatever your need may be. I have thoroughly enjoyed my training experiences with both Jason and Sarah! They are very skilled and knowledgeable, willing to take you to the next level.

Arena Athletic Club is exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for a new gym. Each workout is thoughtfully planned to promote strength increases. The small group experience allows for plenty of one-on-one attention, which helps to ensure correct form and to avoid injury. The coaches and clients are motivational and supportive. The workout times are very flexible — they start every 15 minutes! — which takes the stress out of getting into the gym. The gym is also the cleanest I have ever been in. Finally, Arena offers excellent nutrition coaching with Brennen, who will help you reach your goals.

I’m having a great experience working with the trainers here, and with the nutrition coach during the recent 28-day nutrition challenge. Working together with the trainers and the nutrition coach has helped me move forward toward reaching my goals. They’ve been a great support team.

Jason and his team have created an incredible space. Arena Athletic Club is a space where I feel welcome, comfortable and challenged. They bring creativity to workouts while ensuring safety, and cultivating lifestyle changes. I am thankful to have found them and be excited to workout!

I have always been a pretty healthy, fit guy. But at a point in my life I felt stunted in growth so I knew I needed a gym that would challenge me to push myself and grow in size. I started July 26 2022 at 151 LBs and as I write this review I am 160 LBs. My trainer Jared was exactly the push I needed to grow and push my comfort level and see actual results. If you think you can do it on your own- you are playing yourself. Join this gym, surround yourself with this community and watch how your life changes.

I’ve really enjoyed my workouts at Arena. The small class size means that the coaches/trainers always put a strong focus on form and the flexible class schedule makes it easy to accommodate busy mornings. I always leave looking forward to my next workout.

I highly recommend Arena Athletic club to anyone looking to improve their fitness. The workouts are efficiently designed and planned over each week so that there is ample focus on strength-building as well as conditioning and cardiovascular endurance training. I love being able to show up to class without having to plan a regimen, count reps, keep myself motivated, etc. but still know I’m getting a well-rounded and effectual workout. Weekday morning group training classes begin every 15 minutes making it very easy to schedule. Each group size is limited so there is plenty of one-on-one interaction and the coaches keep a close eye on everyone’s form to ensure safety and effectiveness throughout the workout. The coaches and community are also one-of-a-kind and keep me wanting to come back. I felt embraced and encouraged from the moment I stepped into the gym. The coaches have so much knowledge and keep us all accountable to giving our best each day.

AAC is more than a gym with a bunch of big weights. It is a well written program by our head coach/trainer to develop strength and stamina. I walked in two years ago defeated and with a leg brace recovering from knee surgery. I have always enjoyed exercise but AAC has allowed me to develop strength that shows up in all areas of my real life. Getting in and out of my husband’s hot rods, walking the hills of my kids college campus, and enjoying an active life has become easy. Also, the coaches are protective of their clients. You won’t worry about unwelcome advances or people staring in the mirror all day at this gym. This gym is about developing power and stamina for each individual.

Hands down,best choice i’ve made training at Arena Athletic Club! I want to mention that Jared is an awesome personal trainer! I was coming out of a terrible shoulder injury and was even hesitant to do certain movements/workouts but Jared helped to unlearn some of the stuff and taught me workouts with correct form and technique. It was a great learning experience! I had to move out to another state for work but i miss training at this place! Would definitely recommend this place 10/10

Arena Athletic Club is awesome and I highly recommend it. Having a recent knee surgery, Jason and the other trainers have been instrumental in my recovery and getting back to my active lifestyle. They have crafted specific work outs to not only push my recovery, but to ensure I don’t cause more damage.As for work out classes they have one on one training and multiple group classes daily. One of the coolest things is the gym is for everyone. One day I might be working out with someone 25 years older than me, and the next 15 years younger.The facilities are always clean, smelling fresh and the equipment is sanitized after every work out. If you’re looking for a clean, safe and welcoming gym, look no further, Arena Athletic is it.

10/10 recommend Arena Athletic Club. Jason and his team are hardworking, challenging, and accessible. Clean facilities, top notch equipment and an awesome workout. I loved my previous gym, but needed a change and Arena has far exceeded my expectations.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Jason has truly curated a setup that will make you successful and able to reach your fitness goals no matter where you are at on your wellness path. He also has a great team in Gianna and Sarah. So clean, new equipment, great location, competitively priced, and a fantastic workout.
