Highly recommend this ship. My husband and I brought in a ton of pieces and not only did they sit with us and discuss each piece but they gave us fair market value or better. Based solely on my experience today, I feel I was treated with respect on my purchase of silver bullion. These gentleman did not try to give me ridiculous prices, in fact their price was very fair and honest. I will do business with them again and hope to have another positive experience.

Have done a lot of business with this place over the last few years. Mr Van is awesome, and his family/staff is very friendly! Great prices if you're buying, and fair pricing if you're selling! This is the only location I'll be dealing with silver from now on!

Went a couple months back and felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. One was very friendly, answered all our questions, explained everything just awesome. The other guy never spoke. Went in there today and very uncomfortable. The guy basically laughed at us. Didn't even look at everything. We tried to ask questions and he was very short with us. I wanted to turn back around and leave before we even walked in the door.

These gentlemen are wonderful to work with. Value was recognized immediately and covered by a check right away. One or two items were sent off for assay in order to give me a better price — which was forthcoming. One item, of whose value I had no idea, far exceeded my expected value by tens of thousands of dollars. The collector, already known to the gentlemen, got an excellent buy, the gentlemen themselves did well, and I was ecstatic! I always just love a win-win-win transaction.

I had previously sold some jewelry at a local jewelry store, and I did not leave there feeling as if I had been treated fairly. When I found myself with some other pieces I no longer wanted/needed, I found Capital Gold and Silver and stopped by yesterday. I googled for coin distributors in the Columbia area. Found this place, and I am very happy with the service provided. The two guys in the store were helpful and patient, as well as knowledgable and professional. They didnt get aggravated or impatient like some dealers do, allowing me to search through tons of coins for specific ones to complete my eagle sets. As well putting aside the ones I couldnt get that day so that I can come back and get them later. They constantly have new stuff and seem to have some of the harder to find items. I will probably be using them alot in the future to collect my silver and gold coins.R.P
