This place is awesome and the service to replace my string was exceptional. First shot was spot on. I don’t know how they did it but it was exactly on target with the first shot. I did not have to sight it in. Price was fair for new high quality string, and people were accommodating to me! Highly recommend this place!

This was a year ago, but recently looking for new bow shops.I’ve came here with my father since I was probably 8years old. Usually had an ok experience just always a lot of people in at once so seemed pretty normal to expect while shopping here.Last time and will be the last time I was here I’ve got a brand new Mathew’s v3 31 I showed back up to get the lbs raised and new arrows, tips ect.They younger guy I can’t remember his name just THREE times in a row BACK toBACK to BACK jumped my bow off the cam at full draw on the thing they check poundage on. Needless to say I asked if there was any damage and it would be okay if there was as long as they fix it he said no so of course I’d took his word and left. Next day i pulled the bow out the case and what do ya know there’s a cut on my string only in the location at full draw… I called and explained what was going on the guy said “yeah I understand bring it up here and I’ll get you a new string on us we are sorry “I was like cool I feel better so I drove my hr and a half up there and I was next in line they knew what I was there for because they younger guy avoid eye contact. And I wasn’t rude at all I’m a nice guy and honest didn’t cater it happenes lol I just wanted it fixed.So finally got to the guy at the counter and he said yes I remember talking to you let me check these guys out and I get right back with yiu… hr and a half later I waited patiently….. and he continued to work on other bows checked multiple people out so I said whatever and I left to never return. Just sucks I was a returning customer for over 15 years and spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS no less than 500 every time I walked out the door and they just didn’t want to own up.Plus the 2 or 3 new guys are extremely rude and spoke with multiple people in person and on Facebook they said the same thing about the new guys very rude don’t care and just show up for a paycheck man it sucksSo all this year I haven’t even bow hunted… sad so I’m now spending my money at the bow shop in Lexington

Went to my nephews birthday party, and this was such a great experience for the kids. They helped teach the kids how to shoot, and made the entire experience fun for all the kids. They have tables to set up food for the kids. Would definitely recommend.

Chris, Wayne, and Tom are all very knowledgeable techs. Today was my first visit and brought them a problem bow. They sorted it out in a methodical, professional manner and resolved the bows issues. Great guys, great shop. Largest selection of archery supplies in the area. Great indoor range. I’ll be back for all my archery needs.

I drove a long way to visit this store and buy some things. The young man who assisted me was knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, he wasn't a cashier. So, I waited patiently for a cashier to help me. I told him I needed some arrows and he informed me that he would need to see what kind of bow I was using. He wanted to ring up some other folks who apparently already had everything they needed and were ready to go. So, I stepped aside only to watch him take complicated repair orders and such while I waited patiently. After waiting for a long time to the side I gave up and drove a long way home. I was very disappointed that I couldn't buy my simple order and that I wasted 4 hours of my day.

I took by bow in to get new strings and cables. When the bow was returned, it was consistently shooting 3 feet low @ 15 yards with the same poundage, draw length, and form prior to the new strings and cables.I took my bow back to see what the deal was, and the bow tech insisted that the issue was user error (shooting form), with absolutely no chance that something was wrong with the product.I called two other bow techs from different shops, and both agreed that there was a measurement issue with the string.I ended up taking my bow to a different shop, where they replaced the string with another that properly fit. In under 10 shots, my bow was sighted in and back to normal.The staff at Jeffery Archery was quick to blame the customer and entertained no idea that something was wrong with the product. Horrendous customer service to say the least.

Excellent service!! Tom took the time help our daughter get the correct size arrows, explain several things about her new bow, including how to string it properly and how to correct her grip. The drive down from Rock Hill was completely worth it. We gained a lot of very useful information. We will definitely be back!
