I wish it were possible to give no stars. I go for an appointment today and the lovely ladies up front tell me I can’t have a minor with me, okay, so l ask someone in the lobby if they mind holding on to her for long enough for me to pre in a cup. She he agrees… here in is another problem… they say it has to be family… l said ok, she’s my cousin… that doesn’t fix the issue… so l drive to drop the child off since they have such an issue and I came back as they stated they are open until 4pm. I come back… ready… what do they do? They say they can’t service me because of my conduct. What conduct? There was absolutely no conduct that l presented with. I have MS. Which means that l have a serious issue with my bladder and prepped for this all day long. I take medication for my neurogenic bladder so I can’t urinate at the drop of a dime. I had to calculate how long it takes me to urinate after drinking so I could be ready for a simple drug screen. I’ve been preparing since this morning. These lovely ladies turned me away after dropping the child off and me holding this urine for a stupid drug screen that would’ve taken less than a minute. I’m disgusted because this was a day wasted and a trip wasted on absolutely nothing. No one advised me I couldn’t have a minor, and then when l go take the minor somewhere and come back, I’m still turned away! They’re full of it. Simple urine in a cup for a drug screen and I’ve wasted an entire day on preparing for the end result for me to be turned away. I’m not done… I’m going higher.Every time I’ve come to this location I’m met with frowning faces and attitudes. It used to be much more pleasant a year or so ago. I don’t know what happened to the staff over here. They’ve replaced the people l used to come in and see.

Self check in. If you have a question nobody is at the window to answer the questions. If you’re new to the facility and walk to the window you will miss the check in kiosk and others will get ahead of you like they did me.

I like that I can set up an appointment on their website. I can also easily manage it as well. I like that upon setting an appointment you recieve notification through text message and email, with what is needed for the day of drug test. I especially like that I can check in, and wait in my vehicle until I recieve a text stating that they're ready to see me. My appointment was at 3:15 checked in at 2:45 literally recieve a text like 5 mins later that they were ready. Checking in was easy, including the whole drug screen process. I do feel that there is a worker there who isn't exceptionally friendly, at first, but was friendly when all was done. Overall, 5 stars, would recommend.

I took a drug screen 12 days ago, and today it comes back inconclusive. 12 days on a test that should of taken 3 days. I'm pretty sure the mishandled my specimen. I will never visit another labcorp

Erica was very very professional, kind, well mannered ,patient with me .work with me .The staff up front was very kind I would definitely come here more often to get my blood worked up.And will recommend to my friends

Came in for an employment drug test. My appointment was at 12N and it’s now 30mins past. I have to pee!!! The phone is also ringing off the hook. No one is up front to check in patients.

Stay away!!! Go to another location!!I was at the 120 Highland Center Drive STE 130B Columbia SC 29203 location on August 18, 2022 at 8am, l had an appointment and l was waiting in my car to go in. Well l saw a lot of people at the door so l went to the door, and one of the young ladies that work at the location was explaining that the computers were down.. l tried to tell the lady that l was checked in online and she got loud and started telling me that no one checked me in...and some other stuff l can not remember. Anyways, her tone was so rude and it caught me off guard..and l looked at her sternly. She says real loud, along the lines of, l don't know why this lady is rolling her eyes at me. I said because you are being rude. I told her l did nothing to you. I don't even understand what this is all about. I never have stuff like this happen to me. Long story short she apologized kind of...and l went back to my car to wait for the computers to come back online. I finally left because the computers were still off line. Bottom line the young lady hurt my feelings...and l was shocked that l was talked to badly by this person. First impression are everything. I am a professional woman trying to pay to get a service from a business. I did not deserve her hostility. I hope this is not the normal here. I hope she was just having a bad moment. There was another lady that was working in LabCorb and she was understanding and nice to me. I thank her.ALTHOUGH It does not matter to anyone how l feel, l will not be back.

This is the worst place, the receptionist was extremely rude and informed me that the welfare was going to be called because my 16yr old was waiting in the car. This was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, she is old enough to drive a car but not sit in one. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a bad experience in Labcorp at the 120 Highland Center Drive location. Rochelle who was the tech was very rude and unprofessional. Before I started to give her a urine sample, she asked me to wash my hands at the sink. There was an empty bottle of orange, antibacterial Softsoap on the sink counter. I asked her if I could have some soap. She looked at me and ignored me. I preceded to just wash my hands. She then gave me instructions on how to provide to urine sample and took me to restroom. After providing the urine sample, I walked it back into the drug specimen collection room. She told me to not wash my hands yet because she wanted me to witness her pouring the sample in a drug specimen cup. After she finished, she told me to wash my hands. Since she ignored me before when I asked her for soap to wash my hands, I asked if I could go back into the restroom and wash my hands since there was no soap in her room. In a condescending and rude manner, she said "That restroom has no running water. You can never wash your hands in there," and shook her head. I asked her since I just used the restroom and touch my own urine if she could please give me some soap or put a new bottle of Softsoap on top of sink counter. She rolled her eyes. I said, "How rude? Don't worry I can wash my hands at home, since you don't want to give me any soap." She started to breath hard and walked out of the room. She came back and handed me a brand new bottle of Softsoap and said, "Here you go!" I was told her, "Thank you." I washed my hands and went to the front desk to ask to speak to a manager. The receptionist asked what I needed and I told her that I needed to report a rude employee by the name of Rochelle. She said that the manager Patricia was not there. She asked me to write my name and phone number on the back of the business card and she would have her manager call me. I am healthcare provider and know the importance of hand hygiene, especially with COVID-19 spreading around, but more importantly customer service. I'm not sure if Rochelle had a bad day, but I did not deserve the bad. attitude, laziness, unprofessionalism and rude behavior.

Absolute worst experience at 120 Highland center. Checked in at 815 for an 830 appointment via my phone. By 850 no call....I'm still waiting. So I decided to call. Receptionist informs me that they tried to call the number I had on file at 830 but they kept getting a busy signal. It was a number that I had 5 years ago that was previously in their system. Keep in mind I'm parked directly in front of the door. So no one could have stepped outside to say we are ready for you. Instead they chose to let me sit out there for 30 minutes. I hate worthless people. Never will I go back to that location again and never will I check in via phone.

My technician was charming, quick, and very good at her job. She has great people skills and I barely noticed when she stuck me or when she changed vials. I barely had any wait at all. Overall great experience.
