I suppose the stores are nicer than they are in the conglomerate or aggregated advertising market because they’re about the worst available products on the market for adulting adults

Bought two items lastnight. Neither of them work. I want to exchange them bc this isn't the first toy I have bought here and can't use bc it doesn't work. Was told the last time this happened I was pretty much SOL. How can you sell things that don't work and expect us to keep them with as expensive as they are?
