“I talked to them regarding a erroneous paper jam error message in my Samsung multifunction laser printer. I had tried hours to trouble this one with no luck whatsoever.Patrick told me right off that my printer was not worth a service call, BUT he gave me an idea on a fix (running a clean sheet through the bypass).
