“The staff was completely informative about why I needed the services they recommend. They showed me my filter and it was filled with dirt grease and black soot, it was horrible. I was given several options of oil, and I chose Mobil Advance full Synthetic because I have a luxury car and I want the best. They offer fuel cleaner, and said if I received bad gas this would help protect my engine. The price was perfect for my budget. My car drove like a new car. The staff was professional, genuinely kind and displayed great knowledge. I will always give them my business, and recommend them to others.”
“Amazing service. They helped me when my car died in an extremely tight parking lot. My parents are in PA so I didn’t have anyone to help and they made it so easy. “Found ourselves in a situation that no one wants to be in. We had a bad flat tire on our way home from vacation. Not familiar with the area we had to call around to find help. They had everything we needed, directed us to their location, and delivered on everything they promised on the phone. They got us taken care of right away and we were back on the road in no time. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend!”

I am that one that don’t like driving vehicle in like that and the young man was nice to drive it in for me. All the oil changes was explain very clear to me to help me choose which one would benefit me . I recommend that you try Valvoline instant Oil Change.”

“After going to several other places in the area I was pleasantly surprised to hear someone do it for an affordable price ( brakes change : pads rotor cylinder and drum).They actually came in under price near 400 dollars what I was quoted elsewhere. The service is fast and friendly and I felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of or price gouged because of my limited knowledge. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles here from now on. I waited a few weeks from my service date for this review and everything is running smoothly.”

“Needed tire plugged due to screw and nail in tire. Was told at another shop tire could not be plugged. They were trying to get me to buy another new tire. Tires were only 2 months old. He plugged it quickly and good price in 10 minutes.”
“Obviously it is a shop and the guys and girls can only work as fast as they can, with that being said, yes I waited for my vehicle for around 2 hours.. BUT they were super busy and everyone was working their butts off, always great customer service from Charlotte and the shop personnel!”
“I had a great experience today...which fortunately, I always do in the auto center at Walmart. The services that I went there for turned into something completely different when I left out, which was completely fine. The nice lady at the counter was very professional and kind. She explained the benefits of the work that I had choosen to be done to my car, took my keys and prepped the paperwork for a crew member pick it up. The very nice young man that was servicing my car came back in to tell me of the issues that I had with 2 of my tires. He was very thorough and detail oriented with explaining to me all the problems. I'm not a car person, AT ALL, like AT ALL. So it was really nice to actually understand exactly what he was telling me. He looked through the different tire options and prices on a tablet and showed me what I had to work with. Not long after making my tire decisions, he assured me I was good hands and quickly left back out the door to continue working on my car. What seemed like 2 secs, he came right back in to tell me the task was complete and my car was ready. My entire time I spent there had to have been a little over an hour. while sitting and waiting, a few other customers and myself laughed and cracked a few jokes to help the time pass. Maybe thats why it seems like it took only a few mins...I will def continue to choose Walmart for my auto services.”

“Great service I set my appointment online the night before and I showed up 10 minutes late Ms Krystal was nice and helpful and took my information and keys. I sat in the waiting area maybe 45-1 hour I shopped for things while I waited. Got a text when it was done got rung up and was on my way. I stop and asked Justin was everything okay he said yes. Again great great service differently will be returning.”
