101 Forum Dr, Columbia“Went in with an appt after an unpleasant experience at another branch to update my name on the account. I was 8 minutes late, but already impatient due to the previous experience. I have to say I was not in a good mood while waiting although didn’t express it verbally. I don’t know the name of the guy who helped me, but I believe he was the manager since he was directing everything. Even though I wasn’t super receptive of his friendly gestures, he remained super friendly and patient with me through the whole meeting. He took care of everything efficiently and was nice to every patron who was also waiting to be helped. Clearly the place was super packed due to it being a Saturday. He was calm, professional, efficient, competent, and patient. We need more of this in every business establishment today. And I would like to say thank you Mr. branch manager for being so professional. Wells Fargo should def recognize him.”

When I opened the account, the lady who helped me was very nice and personable. She ended up telling me a lot of personal stuff during the process, all professional, but maybe she was just trying to fill the empty room with conversation. I just wanted to open the account, lol! This location is in Sandhills, so it is closer to me.”

I must say , I'm not the only one they have impressed lol Every visit I bring my pup with me, Milo and she looks forward to seeing them as well since they pet friendly,they greet her in drive through with doggytreats. “This is my bank .The customer service is excellent and I really appreciate having the option of a drive through.The location on Forest Drive does not offer this option that's why I prefer to drive a little further for the convenience.”
“I'm surprised by the recent negative reviews of this location. My experience here has always been great. Perhaps the earlier you go, the better their service is. The greeter (an African American lady, I don't remember her name) was so understanding when I said what brought me in was a wire transfer and I didn't know a large transfer could be done without wire as long as both accounts are BoA. Even better, they didn't charge me a penny. Thank you Ms. Michelle and Ms. Rhonda for your help. I wasn't aware that my choice of identification was set as passport (or that I even had one). Ms. Rhonda stepped in and made sure to approve the transfer. She took the time to explain to me why I was asked if I had my passport on hand and that I could set up a future meeting to have it changed to my driver's license.”

“Went in to deposit some cash, and the teller was very friendly and courteous. I had put the cash in an envelope, which the teller gave back to me when she deposited the money. I accidentally forgot about the envelope when I left, and I called the branch about it because the envelope had my account number on it. They said they noticed that I left the envelope and had shredded it. I thought that was very observant and considerate of them, and I certainly appreciated it!”
