Made a purchase here recently and the item would not work. The store ownership refused to accept a return and told me to deal with the manufacturer and that is wasn't there problem. The manufacturer was also uncooperative in resolving the issue so I am left with a purchase new product that is a lemon.

This company replaced our pool liner 3 years ago. It was gorgeous! But it has leaked for the last 2 years. The company refuses to take responsibility, bc its not a "seam". After paying multiple people to "fix" it, were screwed. Tbe liner is F'd.
