“Ivy Park Family Medicine, Dr. Reynolds and his team are wonderful! I really appreciate how it's never been overcrowded when I go. Elizabeth at the front desk is so friendly, kind, and helpful. Nurse Lynn is also very kind and attentive to your needs. Dr. Reynolds is extremely knowledgeable and even though he knows what is going on pretty much right away, he does not make you feel rushed. He truly takes the time to listen to what is going on and helps you fully before letting you go. He is very personable and always asks if there is anything else that you may need help with at that time. I think it is an amazing team and when I am low, due to my health or an injury, I would not want to go anywhere else. Thank you for your care!”

“This is an amazing place! I got off to a rocky start bc we had just moved here and lots of varying schedules - /busy busy busy family and I had to reschedule a lot and probably irritated the front desk :)/scheduling department- with my phone calls.Everyone is very nice and friendly and Dr Askins is amazing , friendly caring Doctor who is pro mental health care and pro pharmaceutical assistance as needed . He is level headed about Covid/ and all vaccines to prevent disease and takes a medical approach. I'm ngl- I worried about this pre move - with the uproar of medical misinformation and the bizareee woo hoo "essential oil" holistic approach that seems to have grabbed hold of society . I'm so glad we found this office !”

“Dr. Staggs is wonderful.A lot depends on the provider you see, and I've never had anything but considerate, competent care from that gentleman.I've had a couple off experiences with other providers, but more good than bad. There was once a female provider that fixed me up from a migraine so bad that I literally couldn't see straight and became physically sick. You tend to really remember the people that help you when you're in a bad way (and the ones that don't!).All in all, it's the best option in the area, ime, when you can't see your PCP but you're not bad enough for the ER. They have access to imaging and labs and everything during the day. A lot of the other urgent care facilities aren't as well equipped as this one. There's been a strain on the healthcare system, especially since 2020, and you can see that here too. Things get missed sometimes and they don't have enough providers or beds for all the patients. When they're overwhelmed, they'll turn you away. You might have to sit on the floor, or stand. But like I said, more good than bad in my experience.”

“Doctors are great, mine was out for a little and I was taken care of, when she got back she had definitely read through clinical notes and was on the same page as if she'd never left. Awesome experience, would recommend!”

“I was recently admitted from the ER to the Medical Center due to two blood clots. I spent two days there and left feeling like a pin cushion due to all the blood draws. However I was duly warned LOL. My care was a most positive experience even in light of the situation. The entire staff, from the ER to being admitted on 7 East were kind, professional and really caring health professionals. The nutrition folks were so sweet and courteous as was everyone there. I can't say enough good about the nursing and care staff of 7 East. My compliments and thanks to all of you. Mary C.”
