“Stan really helped us out! My girlfriend was looking everywhere for a certain product for her new job which has her out of town for the week (so unfamiliar area to her). I called the store for her to check availability and they only had 2 left of this product. Stan answered the phone, found the item, and even took it to the service counter for her to pick up quickly and easily so she could make it on time to her first day (she had already checked 3 other Home Depot’s and 2 Lowe’s between the previous night and this morning). Shout out to Stan, he’s the man!”

“Hi I recently placed a in store order that is $1,623 , the service person that helped me said I could get pro status and discounts for being a pro. When she submitted for the pro status it was rejected. I was told the amount to be a pro is $1,500 so I bought a nail gun to make sure I was more than that amount. I spend a lot of money at Home Depot each year so I should qualify just from past purchases. Please explain why I was rejected. Thanks SteveMartin”
“Made a trip to Lowes for a new garbage disposal. I've never replaced one myself and wasn't sure what all I really needed. I asked an employee passing by for help. His name was CJ, and although it was not his department, he assured all my questions were answered and I had everything I needed before leaving.
