After going to two dealerships to inquire about the repair (and being turned away by both dealerships, after waiting hours for their diagnosis), I tried Norton's. I am so glad that I did. Eric and crew are amazing. Gave me an honest assessment of what the repair would cost and had me back up and rolling within a couple of hours! Eric is so personable, and even gave me a local restaurant suggestion to boot! A BIG THANK YOU Norton's. I will definitely return if we have any audio/car accessories needs that you can address.”

“I broke my phone they did an upgrade to the TCL 30 XE 5G it was quick service and very helpful and they answered all my many questions happily. Also my best experience at any phone store I've ever been to this was a good place. This is an update, so 4 days after I bought the phone I noticed when they put the screen protector on it was dirty and I wanted to see what they could do anyway I went there today and Jiovan take care of me right away and solve the problem thank you to her and the people at this Metro store I would definitely recommend this place rather than a couple of others that I've visited.”
